Milk! I know where you can get it and plenty of it! There are a varity of areas for a variety of combat skills. Yes you will need some combat skills for this as well as some patience. The loot does not respawn quickly nor does it always spawn milk, mollusk or crustacean but it's there and you can readily find it.

Places I have found milk (all in loot containers):

Panther City on Talus
Mite cave on Talus (lower left hand corner of map)
Mite cave on Rori (listed under POI)
Shallow Torton Cave on Rori (listed under POI)
Borgle Cave on Rori (listed under POI)
mean ewok looking guys cave on Endor (can't remember their name Lol but also POI)

All of these places will frequently be camped by other players but visit frequently and run through the cave a few times and you could end up with enough milk to make one tissue a week. I most often visit the borgle cave and the shallow torton cave. As a Rifleman I find the torton cave very easy to solo as I can take on each torton one-on- one but I think the borgle cave would be easier for someone with pistol skills and wearing armor. The upside to this as well is that you will get ALOT of skill attachments. I just finished an auction on Chilly that made me over 2 million creds for the attachments I got over two weeks while looking for milk. Not a bad little bonus.

I'm sure there are other caves as well and although I don't really want to see even more people finding these places, I DO want to see BE's being able to find the milk they need. The people who know all these spots seem to guard the information like it's their own private spot but once everyone knows about these spots much of the camping will stop anyway because the cost of milk will come down....hopefully =)

Good Luck!

If you read the latest notes on the Chef forum from their corrispondant you will see that as of the end of the week Scouts/Rangers will be able to harvest milk from some herbivors on Test Center. So this should be live by the next patch date.

Thank god, now all we have to do is hope for a better way to harvest fish. I guess fishing nets haven't been invented in the SWG universe.

I hadn't heard this but I can't wait! I'm a Ranger so I'll be bringing in lots of milk for you guys when it goes live! =)

i fail to see why milk is so hard to get seeing as how every other creature in the galaxy produces it. whatever. (sorry, bitter bio in search of milk)

Sorry, anyone that says there's plenty of milk, then proceeds to list container spawns, is blowing smoke. That's not plenty. That's 'possible to get some, if you do hideous container camping'. Plenty is 'I can, in a day, get several hundred to several thousand' like any other organic or inorganic resource.
