Sorry im new to BE but have been reading on the forums that milk is virtually impossible to get . I just got master and had lots of people asking me for enhanced clothing . Anyone got any tips on how to get milk ? , what does it come under on the bazaar?

It will come under.... nothing on the bazaar. As the 3000 limit it far below the value of milk. There are a few places where the abundance of milk would make any MBE or MCH cry, however, these are closely guarded secrets. If you go to the Woolemander Temple thing, there is some static drops of milk. I am not a hundred percent sure, however, you won't find it on the bazaar. Hope this information helps a bit.

thanks for the reply . guess i wont be making anything that needs milk then . I'm new to BE but it seems to be way to much hassle to make anything compared to other profesions

Bantha lairs on tatooine have them.

I'm sure this is an urban myth - I have never, ever seen a single unit of milk in a lair, or from banthas.

The only places I have seen milk are :

Mokks
Kunga's
Night Sisters
Piles of Garbage at Panther City on Talus (could spawn at other debris/garbage etc)

People keep saying Bantha's but I checked for 3 days while hunting on tat, and never saw a thing (and I visited a lot of bantha lairs )

I got 1 unit of milk from the beetle cave on Talus. I waited around for about 10 min after wards but the cave still hadn't reset so I can't tell you if its normally there. Also got 1 unit of horn. Same place.

Please don't tell me that the milk the bartenders sell is the same as resource variety, that would be hilarious.

I bought a glass from a bartender once, but you know, I drank it.

There are two play run vendors on Tarq server (one near coronet, one near Theed) selling milk, 1000 units for 250,000 credits.

Each has 2 sets on it. Both are labeled Something (Domestic or wild, I cant remember) Tattoine Milk.

So that is 4000 of the same milk, all based out of Tattoine. So it is there somewhere, just dont know where.

There is also the possibility that they got a few units at seom point, and then duped the crap out of it. Not that i'm discounting there being a source on tat.

ill try bantha layers , dont hold out much hope though . Feel sorry for those who have been BE's for months , i just got there and im already annoyed about the rariety of resources.

If you read the latest notes on the Chef forum from their corrispondant you will see that as of the end of the week Scouts/Rangers will be able to harvest milk from some herbivors on Test Center. So this should be live by the next patch date.

Thank god, now all we have to do is hope for a better way to harvest fish. I guess fishing nets haven't been invented in the SWG universe.

I guess re-introducing the farmer profession would just be too much to ask. I mean, the code was once written; it couldn't have possibly vanished. Knowing SOE it's probably just commented out in the source files.

It will be nice to be a milk-pulling scout though. Don't know how many farmers milk dead cows, but hey, milk is milk these days
