Just reporting what the guy told me Kami.. I know for a fact it was like that in Beta so we just wanted to see if it had improved any. UXP is so slow anyways I'm pretty sure that's where what the XP you're getting is coming from. I must have at least 100 guns out there being used, and yet I only get about 10XP a day that isn't from crafting. It's kind of ridiculous. As far as factories go anyways, I won't be using them. What's the point when I need every freaking pixel of Weapons crafting experience to advance my craft?

Aye, you'll have to be pretty close to your factory and online to get the experience.

What if you have admin rights to a factory, do you get the exp or the owner?

Admin has been broken since beta, only the owner can use factories until it's fixed.

UXP gets a LOT better Death. Trust me I rake in about 10,000 weapon xp in uxp a day. Just takes time to build yourself up to that level. Hang in there.

You need to be logged on and within 400m (varies) of your factories to get full xp.

ONce you go beyond that range, as of right now you get zero instead of 1/10th(like before).

Apparently they're changing it alot so it'll be interesting to see how it works. Considering how much xp total you need to reach master weaponsmith or master making of whatever, I don't think power levelers will be a problem. Not too many have that much time to grind like that.

Also, when you log off and the factory is making stuff, I think it also gives you zero xp now although it use to give you full and then 1/10th. It's very strange and the devs are clearly changing it constantly to fix or balance it so =/

Up until 2 days ago you were receiving full (or almost) prototyping xp for each item crafted by the factory. I -think- this has been lowered to a smaller percentage, but i need to run a production in my factory tonight for more details.

In any event : factory crafting xp needs serious adjustment. Otherwise, it is far too easy to power level yourself up to master within a week.

Yeah, there's an idea. Even while incapacitated, because I was near my two factories (150m or so) I was still getting full xp from them. Lol factories are great stuff all-around, definately worth the 30k/40k I spent buying each one.

Factories will give you weapon XP provided you are using them to craft an item that is a weapon schematic. You will not get full xp, but some items give better factory xp then others.

If you wish to make a nice Schematic and use it in your factory, make sure you use the exact same materials to do the factory run.

Further, once those factory items are made, and you wish to make a full production run of a particular item, then you should make sure to UNPACK all the items from the crates because your factory wont, which I cant stant, but thats the way it works.

You do not need to be on-line anymore to receive factory XP, but with the server re-sets and other problems, your factory may stop working while your not around, so make sure to check it.

Factory admin/hopper listsare bugged, so you can't use them unless you're the owner.

> If you now have a factory can you then insert that blueprint scope for an example then insert the amount of materials for example 10 of them and hit the button will it then make 10 scopes = amazing success if your blueprint was amazing when you made that one???

Correct, this is how factories work.

Let's say you have a pistol blueprint, to make that gun you need barrel, handler and materials, but if you insert that pistol blueprint into the factory do you need to feed the machine with barrels, handlers and materials for the amount of pistoles

The blueprint will require whatever it took to make the original. In my case for one pistol it would be :

Nox DH44 Z3 Pistol
- Nox Blaster Power-Handler 3 1
- Nox Blaster Pistol Barrel 2 1
- Divrokyetris 22

To make the pistols, I need to supply those exact components for each pistol to make.
