You should use whatever template you want. Totally depends on your play style. My jedi is also a hybrid he's MLS, Healer 4004, Defender 4004, and Enhacner 2003. This works out well for me because we have a couple of healers in my guild that can get rid of those nasty wounds. If you don't have a master healer then getting restor 1 and 2 might be worth it. If you're planning on pvping alone then force armor will come in handy.

With no defender you're gonna take a lot of dmg. So my advice would be to go:

MLS, 4004 Healer, 4000 Defender, 2304 Enhancer. This will still give you force armor, plus 90 meleee defense. You'll have Force Run 1 which will allow you to get away from other players ( this is just a 2 min burst run, but you can keep using it until you get away). Then you have synergy all the way up, you'll be able to channel, drain, and meditate your force back. Probably a pretty solid template in pvp.
