All I have to say about the Space Expansion is that if it's the same combat system as the "ground-based" PvP in this game...it's most likely going to blow. *sigh*

from my understanding back in beta the devs said that the SE combat system was going to be like the one used in game, was definatly NOT going to be Twitch based.

so i could only use the points to be a pilot?? well that would suck. the problem in having is that i would like to have a vendor once i get master bio. at the moment that would mean i would have to get rid of everything in pistoleer except novice. right now most of my pets dont have a problem soloing something like pikets or maulers but i really need to keep stopping shot if i want a chance of living on harder creatures. was really hoping they would give us a few more points to use. basically all i need is 9 more points i think
Either that or they could give us admin rights to vendors like they do for houses. and the money for your items would go to you and the money for the person who actually owns the vendor would go to them. what do you guys think?

FWIW, I have no marksman abilities at all - not even novice and I can solo hurrtons. - It takes a long time but I dont even come close to dying

I hope it is a different set of skill points because i want to be able to fly around and sample space slugs.

Lol... sampling space slugs... nice idea! Makes you wonder if we'll be able to create uber-powered mynokcs that will be able to take down star destroyers and mon calmari cruisers?!?! Or, an ultra slug capable of swallowing the death star. Woo hoo!!!

Here are 2 questions I have..
Will pub 9 give our current jedi's skill points to work with since FS mains will have them already?
At what point will everyone's mains be able to equip a 5th gen saber possibly screwing up normal pvp forever?

1 each for the boxes. Novice and master don't require skill points. Master boxes do require 620 AP points though. 24 boxes = 24 skill points.

Do the FS skills take skill points like other profession boxes? If so, what is the breakdown.

All the boxes in each tree take 1 skill point each. Novice and master boxes do not use any skill points.
