May I ask where i can go (and who i talk to) to do those quests?

firstly if u want the tool u can do the quest at the bottom of the bridge and talk to the guy at anchor head if not give me a tell ingame, im on bria and have some seashell tools my name in game is boe-os

also bioenginners do not use the meat. bio engineers use fishmeat to make pet stims and seashell tools catch crustacean and mollusc meat which is totally different to the fishmeat.

There is a guy inderneath the bridge in anchorhead taht gives you the missions. First one is to kill a bounty hunter with about 4k HAM, then you deliver a Bantha statue to a Dim-U monk and get the Harvester schematic as your reward. Most just keep the statue and delete the mission. since the only schematic that needs Mollusk meat is Mimetic Circuitry (BE Tissue Eng IV) which gives bonus to cover.

Acutally I'm a BE and I use Mollusk meat which is used to make Mimetic Circuitry, a component for tailors to make BE clothing.

Rakir Banai in Wayfar on Tat starts you on a four quest mission. You are then awarded the schematic upon completion of the assigned quests.
