You need a shellfish harvesting tool. No im not joking. It comes from a mission. Beyond that i dont know

you need to find a master artisan to get one crafted. I thinkn there are several places you can recieve the schematic but the primary location i know of is in the space near the bridge in Anchorhead on tatooine. The guy who used to give out stuffed bantha statues gives you the schematic for a reward.

Unless you are doing it to say you did it, there's really no point to this - it's just another way to fish.

Anchorhead. Under the bridge. You'll have to run a couple missions.

It can also be obtained by a quest in Wayfar on Tatooine. I did it at the same time I was running the Jabba theme park and it was not overly difficult to complete. It does come as a schematic by the way, not just the tool. I think it was Eng III usable.

Just a silly little question abou tthese schematics I have been seeing and hearing about getting.....
When you get a schematic like this from a quest is it permenantly in your datapad or are they one time use schematics?
That has always bothered me! 
Also, Can you trade schematics like that?

This one is permanent, and can (and often must) be traded, to an artisan to make the tool you need.

i got a shellfish harvestor from a quest. What proffession uses this? chef?

Artisans use this schematic to make the sea shell harvesting tool the tool is mainly used by scouts and rangers but theres no skill limitation on the tool so any one can use it.... the tool gathers crustacean and mollusc meat that can be sold to docs to make so stims.
