Thread: Pet Growth
I am pretty sure that my pet has reached the 5 day mark and he is still smaller than the adult mountain dewbacks. I dont get it from what the manual says, "With proper care and feeding your creature will grow to full size over time. In fact, given enough effort, your creature can grow even larger than a normal member of its species."
I want to know why this is not the case for me? Can someone who has a pet that is abnormally large for its species please tell me what they did to get it that way?
If you notice alot of the animals are different sizes. I'ts just random to an extent to what size yours will be when fully grown. Personally, I would rather have the smaller one. No matter what the end stats will be the same.
Whats been everyones experience with how long it takes a pet to grow to full size? Does it depend on species ?
Thanks in advance
Actually at the moment, growing is quite bugged. I tamed a Gurreck the other night, and it has grown about five times so far. Something is really making them grow faster. However, the way that it is supposed to work is, the baby starts out with a tenth of all stats as its parent. Everyday the pet gains another tenth or so of all stats (ie: HAM and Damage). So, its all pretty much the same time to grow to parents for all pets.

is REALLY stupid that u have to be on every 12 hours for your pet to grow at the right speed. I had my cu pa for 5 days, and its only half way there because i only logged on once every day, other people say they got to the top in 3.5 days, **edit**. I really see no reason to have to be on for the pet to grow.
Devs you really need to change this. Having to be on every 12 hours is a chore. I got stuff to do.
