I'm rather fond of most it myself.
Some of the class stuff is a bit hard to take (the crafter grouping for example) but i've not seen anything to make me hate this, from a Chef point of view or a combat one.
Issues like Decay are a big issue for other crafters, and i've been supporting them as much as i can.
Prediction: we will soon see NPC vendors selling subpar armor and weapons as the next step in phasing crafters out of the game.

They said NGE's been a year in the making.....this battle was lost months before we even knew about it. You really think with all the man hours, money and balancing that's already been put into the NGE that a bunch of suggestions, hate threads and macro-protesters will change their minds? Even cancellations won't matter since SOE's changing their market placement to cater to the younger generation and playstation users anyway.
Though I've had my solo pvp game ripped out of my BH
, my BE is being ganked
, my doc is loosing 3 out of 4 buffs and becoming a combat medic that can drop a hospital 
, My Chef/Artisan is loosing the ability to dabble in BH droids 
and who knows what else, there's no point in dreaming up 'ways to save BE and CH', writing out petitions, etc.. I'm just thankful I wasn't a Jedi or a CH losing pets they had become emotionally attached too.
I think the best thing you can do is morn the loss however you morn, suck down a six pack, take the dog for a walk, hug your significant other, whatever, then test the NGE out and decide it there's anything in it for you. If you decide there may be something in it for you, start looking at the best way to land on your feet. I'm not sure there's enough left to hold me this game after NGE goes live but I'll check it out and develop the best strategy I can with the information we discover in the test.
Am I starting the NGE evaluation as a pissed off, unhappy camper....you betch'ya. If there's no joy left in SWG for me, I'll find something else to entertain me and they can keep their newcommunity ofmigrant playstation kiddies where 95% of them will be wearing Jedi robes and waving flashlights.

maybe if you go back in time - and someone convince 95% of the Jedis that post on the forums that they need to cry less about BH and CU. Maybe then you wouldn't of been nerfed to kingdomcome.
