personally, the number one thing i'd like to see at MBH is a much increased offensive capability (perhaps with a new unique carbine) thats what bh is about- sneaking up and killing your opponent before he even knows what the heck is happening. perhaps just making one of the carbine shots (preferably sprayshot) target action pool, or increasing the damage multiplier would help greatly.
professionally, i'd say its torn between the regular player bounties and the saber blocking issue. personally, i'd rather see player bounties (don't have to worry about saber blocking at all there
)

BTW, did I mention the weapon switch delay has killed us offensively? I forgot if I made that point.
Welcome again and ignore the trolls. They're not used to seeing red namesin here.

The single top thing I guess for me is that I feel this class is kind of lost and without any "silver bullets" in terms of the things that we can make. For me, I don't get much satisfaction, nor much enjoyment from making components for others to use (who does right?), and the way the game has evolved, I don't feel the class-to-class dependency thing has really panned out. Such dependencies generally seem to be remedied with a 2nd account, or a dual-mastery template, and if not then the supplier becomes a schematic dispenser to the supplyee.
The only products that we make that we sell "retail" are pets and pet stims, and while pets are a blast to make, and you guys did a fantastic job on that crafting system, we all know that pets have been de-emphasized in the game (strangely enough around the time we got the new crafting system, lol) and thus represent a very small, ever-shrinking market for us. In addition, since CH's are able to, in a sense, forage their own pets, we will always be in this wierd situation with them where we are competing with our own customers which can lead to some uncomfortable situations.
So what I'd like to see is some thought be given to some new products that would bring BE's back into the "mainstream" of the game, and some consideration be given to our status as one of the only "hybrid" crafting professions in the game.
P.S. oh yea, and then there's always that damned "non-ch" pet crafting bug too

Skill point wise a 250 MBH is not in par with any other 250 sp combat toon. Why? the lack of defense Mods. In this game defense is king.
An all-around player bounty system will make most BH happy, but I think that a more varied NPC bounty system (capture missions, etc) will also make the PVE-BH community.
and pretty much what everybody else said. Investigation is still one of the thougest skill to get. Also is unique compared to other "grinds".

The masterbox needs more value
Optional factional filters on the terminals (checkbox)
And some saberblock negotiation in the investline would be nice
Currently the rifleline in marksman has nothing to do with our profession. Fix accuracy and speed for the LLC, since the rifle speed does not stack with llc, and cannot take a powerup either.
Bh jedi payout, currently we are told that we suffer from a jedi bug/patch that was unexpected.
Fastswich for bh.. We use 3 weapons in our skillset, we need to use them and swich them fast.
Great to see you, I really hope you enjoy working at SOE.

Hi Tiggs.
my top five are.
1. invalid pets.
2. storage
3. i kinda feel like BE is an in between. ie. We are not combat, but i don't think we currently fall under crafting either. So where are we.
4. We need some BE only loot. IE schematics (maybe a mountable rancor lol)
5. Wider variety of tissues, with so many going jedi, i am sure there has to be something that could be put into tissues.
Thanks

1. player bounty system, screw jedi i want to hunt "real" players
2. weapon switch delay
3.i need some gadgets baby, a whip cord, which imobilises a target for 5 seconds and puts them into abeserk state, for instance would be kick a$$ as long as it had a nice animation to go withit
* limited use and expensive luike a rocket launcher with a20 second delay perhaps for balance reasons

Greetings Tiggs. I am no longer MBH but I will offer some insights I gathered along the way to becomming one. BH is probably one of the hardest (if not the hardest) elite combat profession to Master. It is mostly because of the inordinate amount of time that the investigation branch takes.
I found it utterly frustrating to spend 35-40 minutes grabbing the mission, talking to the contact, then traveling around and tracking my bounty to find him spawned inside a house or som structure where I couldn't attack him. Furthermore when I got to thethird box and decided maybe I wanted to hunt a jedi to find out it was a difficulty 75 mission that paid 15k and gave 300BH xp was rather tiring. I mean seriously. Jedi are THE most capable players in the game. What incentive is there for me to hunt them ? I can do better financially and xp wisehunting NPC's.
I would love to see some PC bounties other than Jedi but frankly I would understand if there were none. What criterion does one use to determine if they are placed up for bounty ? It certainly cannot be left up to other players. Too much room for griefing tactics then. So what then ? If you kill too many of a certain Hutt's people they hire out BH's to hunt you down? Maybe if there were actual smuggling going on you could be hired out to hunt down smugglers who failed a smuggling mission much like Jabba did on Han Solo. /shrug
Other than that I felt the BH profession was pretty well balanced all in all. Pretty nice specials though the carbine specs really need to be brought down in HAM cost.
As an after thought, perhaps you could look into building a little more story line into the bounties. Like if you say what it says to say in the description they say something back. Maybe the bounty will try to run away ?Maybe you could include the factions that will be affected in taking the bounty as well. Those people loyal to Hutts could take missions that would be positive Hutt faction or whatever. I know that I would have liked to have known what faction a Jedi I was going to hunt would be under.

1) Lack of defenses, we could use a few of those. Though the most pressing would would be some kind of defense against a Lightsabers, being that we have the option of hunting said saber wielders.
2) Get rid of the Carbine tree and combine it with LLC or Pistols, call it BH weapon proficency or whatever you will. Make a new tree called Manhunt(just a filler until someone comes up with a better name) and give Bounty Hunters Dartrifles or some other nifty tool that we can use in PvP mostly. Thrown traps would also be an option, though not as "cool". The idea of this line would be to weaken, or in some cases kill the bounty target to even out the battlefield. For regular PvP there could be a dizzy or stun poison, or something that eats away at the HAM bars outright. Against Jedi there could be a "Insertniftynamehere" posion that lowers their Saber Defense, or drains their force powers or something like that. Just a few ideas.....
3) Master Bounty Hunter right now isn't worth the skill points it takes, we need LLC bonuses, a few defenses and maybe even a skill that will make the entire class feel more Bounty Hunter like, though I have no real useable idea's what that skill could be. MBH should be feared for a reason, but simply dabbling in different parts of our profession shouldn't provide people too much of an adventage.
4) New weapons, armor and maybe a few new gadgets.
