My post SHOULD have read this:

Well, they mucked up the patch and announcement was that they were going to hotfix it AGAIN today and since I live in England it was at noon. Which meant - servers down - eat lunch - try to login - servers UP! Login tailor after second hotfix today (aug 7) and attempt to make BE clothes and yes ...

THIS TIME THEY WORK!!!!

(posted about 3 minutes after I figured out they were working after the hotpatch).
