Thread: Hot Fix on BE Clothing has arrived!

On August 6th, 2005 at 4:00 AM PDT all servers will be taken down for a hot fix update.

Hot Fix Update
August 6th, 2005

Combat

Group experience points (XP) will now be available only to players in a group.

Profession: Armorsmith

Armor pulled from factory crates will retain its color.

Profession: Tailor

Clothing pulled from factory crates will retain its color.
Full color palettes used in Tailor customizations will now be available.
Bio Engineered tissue modifiers will now be applied during the crafting process.

Quests

The "Secrets of the Syren" mercenary leader will now spawn correctly.

Travel

Shuttle ticket droids will display the proper arrival time.

World

Improved world lighting and shadows.

Attempted to make a RFP (Reinforced Fiber Panel) with +16 Mask Scent/Camo and nadda!


The crafting of RFP did not result in a RFP with the mods...


Tried to craft a pair of camo's with existing +15 Melee/Ranged Defense... Nadda...


Still broken!

It sounds like a fix for bioClothing, but.... not really.

Since all the bugs described in the hotfix notes are still in the game I would guess that the hotfix wasn't even applied server side.

the QA team is real, competent, and hard-working (I've met a LOT of them ingame on TC). in this case, the code was not properly updated... they're republishing the hotfix on the 7th.
