try ancient bull rancors, during my grind, i got 1230xp off one of those, have no clue of its level.

Just to clear things up, it was a kimo Hatchling, not a full grown Kimo.

I have found that you can only sample Rancors and Bull rancors. Even the Singing Mountain Rancors fail and they are not that high.. what level are they?

you can sample Enraged rancors, and mutant rancors wich are lvl 75, lvl 70 respectivly. You will need a decent mask scent to get samples from them though.

Just got some bio-enhanced clothing and got my mask scent to something like 96. Ill try the Rancors again. They tore me up with the standard 70 Mask scent.
