Ive got ranger and no combat skills whatsoever and the way i do it is

upon locating a spawn, i waypoint it

Stay 60-70m out

Store the bike (time to go to work)

Prone

Crawl up to targets

Where mask scent fails, freeze and observe their movements. after 18secs, reapply mask scent

If aggro and have burst run, flee in opposite direction to save the next from going crazy.

Else, run towards the nest and cause a frenzy to loose my aggressor and run away, take pot shots at each one so i have a decent stack of meat to collect later. wait till the aggro stops and start again. Sit and mask scent tostop possible bleeds.

Oncein proximity to all theMRs (crawling ard their toes), i sample them one at a time. ifthe sample fails, i prone and crawl up to the next one and sampleit to give those that have been sampled/failed time to breathe to avoid aggro. This works alot for me and i get more sampling opportunitiesin.

There are of course times when i get a aggrobut i normally come away with at least 1 or 2 samples. Some days i can be repeating this for hours and maybe get only 1 sample, but that normally only occurs when their HAM range is all in the high 13k-14k numbers
