When I did this quest as a Doctor, My metal and organic(I used domesticated rice) both had an OQ of over 950. You don't need alot. Maybe 1k of each. But I don't think I used that much.

I dont remember the percentages, but there is a good chance that PE is important too. If so, find a resource with BOTH good OQ and PE. If you want things to go faster at the village, make schematics and factory runs. You can share the meds with your friends at a later date then as well.

should be 66% OQ, 33% PE.

I am on Intrepid server and if a master Bio Engineer or someone with more then 6 points to experiment with could help me out I would GRAITLY apresheat it..I am master medic master Doc and I cant get the last 3 things cured! v_v I have resorces with 950+ to PE and OQ and Mettle with 1000 OQ that you could use if you could help me out I would be forever in debt to you. Thank you.
