I was reading you need to be master medic for this quest. So, would you recommend I respec into Master Medic for the quest? Or just bring along a Master Medic friend to help (if I can find one :/ ) How long does this quest take? Because I want the chance to respec back. I have about a week and 2 days left on my respec.

You need Master Medic to even be allowed to take the quest. If you are not a master Medic, then you will not be allowed to even talk to the NPC to recieve the mission. As for actually completing the mission you will either need to have BE 0,0,0,4 or afriend that is at least a BE 0,0,0,4 to craft the meds that you need to use. Some people have been able to start the quest without Master Medic, but that is because they were able to use a bug to their advantage or they were simply lying. Not calling anyone a lyer. Because you may have been very capable of starting the mission without Master Medic, but it is not how the mission was intened to work. Sorry, to get back on track here I would Respec to Master Medic no matter what. As for BE and crafting the meds you need, well that would be up to you in how you want to handle that.

Right ok. What items will I need to have ready made? Materials and stuff? Not really played a medic at all before.

As far as I know you need to be a M Medic and BE 0-0-0-4 to do this quest.. Phase 1.

you could have checked the Force Sensitive forum (professions forums) for the FAQ which linked to the "Guide to FS Quests", but since you didn't, I copied the information below from SSSnuggles' post there.
the information is dated (it's all pre-CU), but replace 'doctor' with 'bioengineer' and you should be fine.
**Must have Master Medic**
Treat 5 villagers for the unlock, 5 additional for the necklace, 5 more for the plant. To treat a patient you just talk to a droid (and when you complete a patient the droid resets so you never need to talk to more then one droid). Each patient has about 7 things wrong with them, treat the last mentioned one first and work your way up. A medicine can cure up to 2 different things and can cause a 3rd new problem. You can experiment the primary cure, secondary cure or residual (exp-ing on the residual removes the added problem). The following is a chart as to which % experimentation maps to which cured disease:
fever = 0-8% experimentation
vomiting = 8-16% experimentation
open sores = 17-25% experimentation
puss filled lesions = 25-33% experimentation
erratic heart rate = 33-41% experimentation
respiratory failure = 42-50% experimentation
lost vision = 50-58% experimentation
partial paralysis = 58-66% experimentation
violent spasms = 67-75% experimentation
bloody cough = 75-83% experimentation
swelling = 83-91% experimentation
internal bleeding = 92-100% experimentation
It is best to bring high end resources (5 flora and 10 metal per med) for most medicines, and some extremely low end resources (it's OQ 66% PE 33%) for fever/vomiting, otherwise your assembly % will start too high to get them. If you have a friendly doc who is currently doing the quest then they can create schematics for the medicine and run them in a factory, beware however, as they do not stack in crates. And they must be currently working on the quest, when you finish you lose the base schem and can't create any new meds. With just Novice Doc I was able to experiment up to partial paralysis with high end resources, but to get the top 4 you need some or all of the doc crafting chain.

Yeah I've read that, I know what to do. The problem is i can't get above 70% experimentation and I don't know why

I'd assume that your resources are lacking.
