Thanks for all the help. This post has been so helpful. I'm so glad that DNA4 will be easier than 3. I really had started to regret taking up BE. I just figured a way to rework my SP so that I can be a 4/0/4/0 in scout. (have to drop master medic). I'm gonna work on that, then go sample crazy I guess. I'm gonna post on my server board for someone to make me some clothes. Even though I've only been working at this box for a few hours, I never want to see another piket again. My mask scent breaks so fast i'ts not even funny. Maybe I'll go find a dungeon with stats close to pikets so I dont have to keep running to get more missions. Anyone hit a dungeon like this before?

Try the squill cave on Tatooine. Its one scary place if you like that sort of thing.

I go to Endor about every other day now. I can't believe I'd actually hear myself say I love that place. Allthose venom filled spiders and flying critters, blurrgs and arachne warriors, bark mites a blood frienzied beasties. I LOVE Endor!!!

Endor is the only planet I've never been to. Is it too hard for a lvl2 sampler? What should I sample there.

heck, do missions and buy stuff. venom filled arachne are easy, 11k, and give 3.4k weapon xp for the lair. when there's money involved, i'm always having fun

Sample arachne drones. They are relatively easy to take out if they aggro on you. You can sample anything that is below the CL75 cap. You just have a higher fail rate and will most likely only get one sample per critter. The quality of the sample increases as your skill increases. You get poor and average samples with low level skills. You get high and very high level samples when you are a master.

Someone once posted a game to play with sampling where 2 BE's would sample the same mob until it died. Whoever it died on had to pay the other guy X amount of credits agreed upon before sampling began. Kindof like a DNA Sample Slot Machine. Havent tried it yet..but sounded fun.

I had fun last night between Bestine and Mos Entha. I'd find groups of Tuskens, crawl to their Banthas, then sample them to death. Call it retribution for those times they killed me. Muahahaha!
