i have seen it too. but does it harvest at a slower rate? When it happened to me, it seemed like the one that ran our of power had a few thousand less resources in it than the one that had full power.

My BER 13 Mineral harvesters are on this 15 day or so JTL steel and today they ran out of power. But for some odd reason they're still operating. I was curious if it would continue or not, so I put in a few more days of maintenance and it looks like they're still working as if there was power. Has anyone else seen this bug? I'm assuming it has something to do with the structure change.

It could be the anime bug, but that usually happens when the resource shifts and the harvester is still on. A mineral harvester sometimes will operate in a deficit power condition for some period of time - if the resource is still there. When you deposit power the defecit amount will be subtracted. This doesn't happen all the time - andI have not experemented (no pun intended) to see what the limits are - but I do know it will eventually stop running. Try redeeding it - maybe that will clear the deficit power situation. Then we will have discovered an exploit which you can report so it can be fixed.

You might be right. Not all the harvesters were affected. Only some. Some had run out of power and had 29k resources. The ones that continued to operate had around 46k resources. I generally stick 25k power/maintenance in each heavy when I drop them.

When I DNA sample pickets, I can also milk them. This is really nice since I am a chef and can use the milk to make blue milk.
Its really funny when you kill the picket (via too much dna sampling?) and you continue milking him for another 5 seconds.
Is this a bug? It seems wrong being able to milk something dead but I guess its possible (eww). Also, its gotta be hard to stick em with a needle and milk em at the same time.

while fighting a mark today I decided to try some deuterium-pyro +200 ranged accuracy beforea combo that I like to use, to ensure that it hits and it hits hard
Well things didn't go well at all. Hmmmmm, I'm doing no damage and getting my arse handed to me, so I run like a frightened little girl (which is something I haven't had to do in a while, and makes me cry inside).
ok, so I get away and decide to check out the combat log to see what the hell happened, as I've used the same strategy against other jedi with that template and I usually either get the battle to a standstill or I win, but this time I lost horribly!
Turns out, after consuming the pyro (which, btw, is in addition to the crispic +40 accuracy I consumed before the fight started), my damage droppedconsiderably! My advanced criticals were hiting for 473 before mitigation. For comparison, the last shot I took before the pyro was a Ranged Shot, which hit for like 520 or so. Later on in the battle, after the crispic wore off, and when I drank more pyro, this didn't happen.
By my calculations, with the pyro and crispic, I had atotal accuracy of 485, and without the crispic I had 445. I just did a quick look at the prof calculator for those, they could be a little off.
Now, I'm wondering, is there something the jedi could have done at the exact same moment that I took that first shot of pyro that reduced the damage so considerably, and lasted about the same amout of time as the pyro (about a minute or so)? Or could there be a bug in the calculations, where if your accuracy goes up too far, the damage calculations get reversed or something? The way I understood it was that accuracy not only affected your chance to hit, but also increased your damage if the accuracy was greater than their defense?
Am I just missing something, or is this a bug?

A Master Defender with food, aura and skill tapes can easily hit 800 ranged defense. 800>485 so it will mitigate damage towards the minimum damage of your weapon. The higher the difference the less damage you do. Add in pikatta pie and force valor and you will miss alot and see more saber blocks.
