I'm sorry for the negative comment earlier. It's just that I'd consider these stock pets to slap on a vendor and not exceptional examples that should be auctioned. Plus this isn't a trade forum

Yes, I know, NancyJ, I have seen way better pets on many other galaxies. Kinda surprised that no one is selling 4k+ pets on Chilastra.

And please forgive my pride. A week ago, I couldn't even make a pet I would use. I am only BE 1042.

So if you can make better, and I know many of you can, please dont waste your time in this thread or the one in Chilastra Trade. I am mainly targeting NON CH players who think these pets are a remarkable value at 150-200k!

I'm selling significantly better pets on Chilastra, but I don't do a lot of shouting about it, since I would end up doing nothing else, and I make more selling tissues and suppliments with much less hassle than I do making ANY kind of pets. Actually, most of my best pets lately have been given away to deserving people, or made on the spot for them, since I enjoy the reaction from a happy pet owner MUCH more than I do a meaningless bank balance (though I do manage to keep a quite reasonable one just for the comfort factor).

If you're selling these, and people are buying, enjoy. They are nothing too bad, reasonable stock items as others have pointed out. Myself, I would rather make the 6-7K pets occaisionally that grind out these types, and I think the customers that learn how much better is available will not be happy with what you have to offer soon enough.

First it's great that you can make a pet you can use now. I am not going to comment on your prices, since pricing is dependent on server, economy and other factors.

However, if your audience is for non-ch users, then your post would be more appropriate in your own server forum, trade forum or advertising perhaps in the ch forum where more non-ch users will be. Posting in the BE forum is as Nancy suggested looks like showing off.

Yes, Llan, I give away pets to my guildies. And then I spam the starport for strangers who want non ch pets. BTW, dont see your vendor in sig. Sure would love to see your Chili pets. I have shopped every pet vendor listed on World Map, and never saw anyone selling comparable, so I figured there must be a market for these.

Regards pricing, I started at 70k for 4k ham and sold out every day. So I raised prices to test the market. Still selling out at 150-200k, so I guess its all about whatever the market will bear. When I meet with price resistance, I will adjust my pricing. What I have discovered is that there are a LOT of rich NON CH players out there for whom price is not really an issue. They buy armor and weapons for way more than I charge for pets and they never complain about the cost of anything.

Please reread: we take in 1M/day in TOTAL SALES. Not per pet. Includes Pet Supplies and Pets.

And Santini, you know what your server market will support. Or at least I hope you have done that kind of research. If I was being undercut, I would lower my prices to be competitive too.

That being said, how much do you spend for a good weapon? A top knotch set of armor? If you are selling non ch pets for less than a Scout Blaster, your customers are getting 4k of shielding, 110 damage and Specials not available on any weapon for a very reasonable price!

My pricing is very simple 1k per CL per Generation
so a 5k 3k 2k HAM 3rd Gen CL 10 would cost 30k

I am loving BE and traveling all around lately. I think some fellow BEs here are right, your subject of the thread is a bit mis-leading but personally I don't really have a problem with it. Again, congrats and keep having fun!

This was made ages ago, I just pushed the CL as low as I could. Also it's an angler remember so of course a non-ch cant use it.
