That should say cl 9-10 pets

Dulles, we should not be able to make 9k HAM CL10 pets by any means. The bugged Kamurith DNA is jsut one easily exploitable way to do it. IMHO the new cliong system is bugged from one end to the other right now. I would expect that the nerf to fix the bugged Kamurith DNA will affect all these out of wack nonCH pets. At best, a nonCH pet shoul dnever have more then 4k health or 25% resists and definately not light armor. I look forward to the fix for this so that people will stop trying to tell me that yes I can make 8k ham CL10 pets for them because other people are doing it. I also happen to LIKE using Nocuous Kamurith DNA to apply strong poison to pets so it really annoys me that people are using it to explot the system and concerns me that bugged Kamurith DNA may get "fixed" in a fashion that forced me to go find a different creature in the CL40 range to get strong poison from for applying to CL35 pets I make for Master Creature Handlers

Did I miss a post somewhere where they listed they maximum cl's we were allowed to make for non-ch pets?

I am not sure what your question is here. NonCH pets are max CL10. That has been published multiple times.

However it should be fairly obvious that CL10 pets that are superior even to many CL40 and CL50 wild pets are a bug that will hopefully soon be fixed.

What is likely intended is that BE can manipulate their creatures around 5 or so CL from the wild counterparts with similar stats, or increase the BE pet stats without a commensurate increase in the CL. The current make a CL10 pet from CL35+ DNA with the stats of a 35+ is I think obviously unintended.

I only hope that when the fix comes it does not cripple BE again. I would also suspect that all of the uber CL10 pets being made will become unusable when the fix goes in, so buying one of these pets is extremely high risk.

If you look at the pet stats and it looks too good to be true it probably is and you should find something less risky to spend hard earned credits on.

So those of us who are using non-bugged dna and geeting great results from experimenting and resampling a genration or 2 shuld just deestroy our hard work because they shouldnt exist. Uh...yeah...ok.

We are a skeptical bunch. I've been doing this for a couple weeks straight and I've never gotten results like what you are showing. But I have gotten nearly identical results from bugged DNA. Please tell the rest of us your methodology so we can bask in the glow of your greatness. From what I've seen you've sampled clones of clones. Was it 9 generations, or was it 2-3?

Yes, actually, that is exactly what I mean. WHen you see something that is so clearly a bug and you continue to use it, that is an exploit! 8k HAM CL10 pets are bugged no matter what method you used to create them. IMHO those clone DNA samplethat have 1100+ dependability are also bugged. I especially think this is true because if you experiment the psychology on them the dependability drops back below 1000 where it belongs.

Ok, this is what I have done. But first off, let me state that I never ever claimed to be doing anything great. All I have said is that I can create pets with great stats. If you have been unable to do so, keep trying. Dont get frustrated with me about it. The best non-ch pets I have made came from using rogue fambaa dna in the first 2 slots and regular fambaa in the other 3. The resulting creatures were resampled until I had 5 dna from the same generation. If the resulting creatures from that combine are too high, I do it on a thrid gen. I won't say that this is a foolproof and consistent recipe but I can say that it works often enough to make it worth my time. I'm not going to give you the experimental details, if you dont want to testthose for yourself then dont ask me to do it for you.

The whole point of my posts has been that prior to the new patch every post relating to the state of cloning read:

Cloning sux! Fix it!

Cloning sux! Fix it!

Now we got people basically saying:

You fixed it too much! Nerf us!

You fixed it too much! Nerf Us!

After they do nerf it I predict the posts related to cloning status will say:

Cloning sux! Fix it!

Cloning sux! Fix it!

Sorry, we were given the ability to make these pets, we have used the system supplied to us, and are doing exactly what we were told we could do, make far superior pets.

Thanks Kanae! Finally another voice of sanity. The sad truth is that too many of these folks will never be happy and screaming for nerfs is all they have now that BEs actually are having fun in the game.

Dulles, the whole point of the entire revamp of the CH line, and the revamp of all the creatures in the wild was to bring into balance creatures/pets/CH's. The statement from the devs was to the effect that if one player and his/her pets were able to do things that 2 or 3 other players could not do.. that is imbalanced. These 'uber' non-ch pets are reaching levels that were never intended. The balance is being thrown out of whack.

Just because we can manipulate the system to create something, doesnt mean we should. I for one, do NOT want to return to the days of pok'mon.

And all I am saying is when we get beat with the nerf bat, don't say I didn't warn you.
