I've been selling for 300 cr/point for the highest point (cap of 5k/tissue) with my tissues coming in somewhere between 15-17. The tailors I'm working with are selling the clothing at 1k per point per tissue used. With this setup I'm having to crank out about 20+ crates a week (yeah, it blows).
I think the main thing is to find out what the tailors on your server are charging for BE clothing. I decided how much of the pie I wanted (about 33% of it) and saw what tailors were charging (ok, I was one of the market setters) and based my price off that. So if tailors are selling for 500 per point, you may only be able to sell for 150/point or whatever you think is fair.
Finally, if you are going to make this your business, dont sell youorself short. Even in alot of the responses above mine I'm sure you've seen 2 basic things. Either people are having difficulty mass producing them and keeping up with demand or they just dont choose to make tissues very often or just do when they happen to have the resources. If you make this your business, I'd definately consider putting a premium on the fact that you constantly have tissues versus the hit and miss others see. Just remember to keep your clients small. If a tailor gets a rep for having versions of BE clothes in stock, their business is probably going to skyrocket as will yours.

We (tailor wife and I) sell for 1k per plus (highest mod only) plus a surcharge for multiple tissues used in one garment plus the cost of the garment itself. This is for actual clothes made up to customer requirement, not just for tissues tho. So far had no issue at all about being called too expensive - in fact we are sure we could charge more but don't see a need to.

I price based on the skill needed to make the tissue, and then modify it based on the strength of the tissue. On tissues with more than one modifier, the higher one determines the price.
- 250 cr + 100 cr/point Novice (not that anyone would want any of them)
- 500 cr + 100 cr/point Tissue 1 (nothing worth mentioning here, either)
- 750 cr + 100 cr/point Tissue 2
- 1000 cr + 100 cr/pointTissue 3
- 1250 cr + 100 cr/point Tissue 4
- 1500 cr + 100 cr/point Master

I've been doing 100k per cratesave those milky whites. I may lower the price a little after reading thisthread, though, as it seems theavg is around 3k per tissue.
I discount anything less than+15 to 85k a crate.
