Thread: Item use exp please!
Hurrah for Macro's!
If your gonna use a macro, this is what I recommend:
Buy 2 Large Capacity Flora Harvesters, 1 Fusion Generator, and find a good spot for them for wheat, and radioactive power and then let them run for days on end. (Macro crafting doesn't require good OQ, so anything will work). This will get you all the wheat and power you will need. In the mean time, go somewhere and hunt relentlessly. Dantooine is good for Voritor meat (usually 90+ units per kill), as is Dathomir for Kamurith's, and you can make creds at the same time to keep the machines going, by taking missions for these creatures.
My toolbarSlot setup:
I use 10 crafting machines, and only 1 is of any real value.
I put the machines in slots00-05 and 07-10. Put a macro in slot 06 for slots 00-05, and a macro in slot 11 for slots 07-10. (edit macro as needed).
If you run the macro for the first set, then start the second set, you can immediatley repeat the first, without "overlaps" in time for the crafting stations to finish. If you get no "failures" while crafting, this is just above1k exp. (Cinstrictor Cloth schematic)
I use pause 4 for loading resources, and pause 1 for the intervals inbeween each machine starting.
Try not to be in any populated areas, as lag will affect "time" when crafting.
Using this setup, I can get 10k exp in roughly 8 mins.
I remember when I first started out as a BE, I thought I would never be able to get through this profession. The long hours of crafting for what seemed like almost no exp. I got to 3,3,3,4 when i found out about macro's and decided to give it a try, and it is a "sanity" buffer without a doubt.
There is, on a daily basis now, time thatI still need to sit and craft tissue schematics for a tailor, but buy a factory for that, this way you experiment to get the best, and then let the factory do the rest.
Good Luck!
