Varies from server to server Im afraid, so i couldnt tell you.

As an addition, you could have the faction pet guy in use the same time as a droid, so you get extra helpers to shoot for you

I think current faction pets are 400 or so FP, they are fragile (they die very easily, and its perma death, you dont get them back), so not the best thing to use on its own, but if you have one as an extra gun to go with a droid and your own shooting, chances are it wouldnt get hit and stay alive.
