well im thinking of my future template being mls 4040 healer 4002 enhancer and either 3040 defender, or 4300, which one of the defender temps should i take if im going to be doing mostly pvp, and mostly against jedi

I have 0440 def. Aura is just to good especially in PVP.

ok well i've been looking at a change in template recently and reading over my guide book (the one 2 years old from before launch) i felt confident that CH would be fun - i realize that the CU along with 20 patches will have changed the prof alot so decided to do some researc (come here and read up) only to find the prof is terribly bugged. can sombody describe what is bugged about CH at this current time - preferably without ranting to death and spending 90% of thier words on insulting the devs (though they deserve it)just want some general info

Hey there weaponsmiths! Once the exp display bug is fixed im going to have my favoriteweaponsmith make me a HLR out of some +174/-.46 tissues I recently aquired....


I need advice on slicing and the final combine exp.


I have the loot to get an 8% damage slice.....


so according to my math I should have the rifle made to about 1070 damage..... this would free up something like 5-6 exp pts that could thenbe spent dropping the sac to 82 and raising the speed/elementaldamage.


Please bare in mind, my MBH is also MRM and I have a suit with +50 speed.


Would it be better to just cap the damage on the gun from the start and shoot for the 12% speed slice OR have the gun made to 1070ish damage, raise the spd, and then slice to 8% damage, 2% speed and 3% crit [alternately slice 8% damage, 4% speed]..... Im sure several of you have made either choice, so I look forward to your answers. Thanks.

i would make an adv laser rifle, they generally have better max damagethan HLR. with those tissues my ALR with prenerf stock/barrel would hit around 1160ish max and 82/83 sac

Not sure how to calculate it, but you will never hit the crafting dmg cap with a slice... with those tissues you can probaby hit the crafting cap and get to 82/83 SAC (use a -23 or -24 POST-CU stock), but the elemental will probably not go up (assuming you have 12 exp points).

I already have a ALR with 1161 dam, 2.32 spd, 82 sac 17 acc.... i want a HLR and T21 too lol

also the HLR has the added Elemental dam that in my opinion makes it superior to the ALR

Oh and for your question


I would max the dam as if you dont the min dam will suffer aswell and that effects pups and dam slices.

ok my temp is MBH MCarbinner 4000 CM


it was recommended bye someone since i already had MCarbineer and wanted to incorporate CM somehow


now I dont really know how I should use my template. I dont have any poisons or anything (i only got the CM for the heals since I didnt have enough SP for another line)


can someone help me out and tell me what specials I should use and stuff? i've had MCarbineer for a while but my other profession was Chef (i didnt PvP only fought animals) so I dont really know what is good in PvP.


any advice would be appreciated.
