That's a pretty hefty list, and it will depend on your other skills. A BH only player with all other SP's available has pretty limited options in terms of excellent weaponry. But you will be able to make due with the following:

FWG5 Pistol - level 54 (I think)

High Cap Scatter Pistol - MBH

Advanced Laser Rifle - level 54 (I think)

Proton Carbine - level 54 (I think)

Elite Carbine - level 54 (I think)

Lightning Rifle - level 54 (I think)
