As far as i can remember this question was put to the devs because this rumor was flying arund that it was loot, the devs told the person who asked that they had nevere implemented it and the slot we have for it is just a 'ghost' in the system from preperations they made to implement it before it was scrapped.

Well, is there any plan to "Remove" said ghost? for one it gives hope to those of us who think that we can be like Weaponsmiths and Armorsmiths who benifit from uber loot drops such as Advanced Power Cells and Giant Dune Kimo Scales... I for one would love to have a chance to make some outstanding Food enhancers. It only seems fair to give our prefession the same perks
