Well I am getting some Half decent creatures, What I really wan to know is where to get better DNA, that doesn't have 1000 fortitude, or is this perhaps part ot the bug thats being "looked into"

almost everything ive sampled over CL 22 has 1000 fortitude

I went to Dath, Endor and Yavin...everything was fort 1k

Not to mention i cant even seem tosample a bantha. they are lvl 80 now. how are we goping to make good pets if we cant sample powerful creatures?

So I guess the question should be is this a bug, or am I not being viligeant enough, or perhaps its the infamous CU that is the cause of these problems. if not then where do you go. There has to be someone with an answer, lammergeier any input from you would be appricated.A note toothers searching in vain, I have found that bolle bols are helpful but by no means the answer.

I am fairly new to BE and I have been having trouble making creatures. It seems anything CL 18 or higher has a Fortitude of 1000, and once you get light armor the resulting CL is over 130, not very useful. Other then that almost everything I have found has very simaler DNA stats that don't amount to much. Am I missing something or is there somewhere to get info on DNA stats on differen't creatures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just recently Re-Spec'd to BE.... I didn't realize at the time how messed up it has become post-CU.... but from what i have read DNA sampling/samples and pet making is all messed up... i just recently turned out a CL 156 Blurrg that had 657 health......

nevermind SOE Hates BE, Bolle Bol no longer seem to Have 300+ hardness with 0 fortitude.

Since the CU I have taken time away as a Master BE to finish Mastering Rifles. During that time I have also been trying to hold together the guild (and failed)... Now I am slowly relearning the trade of BE.

What I am trying to figure out: Why can I no longer sample Rancor DNA. I capped DNA sampling long ago and was able to get samples with no problem, now I can not even sample a Bol or Piket. What gives? Any suggestions?

You know what? We were hunting Rancors when I tried to get my sample and I did not even think to look at the lvl. The same goes for the Bols and Pikets. Now that I think about it, I know the Bols/Pikets were lvl 80+.

I feel sheepish...

What is the easiest way to determine whether or not I can get a sample from a creature? Does it have to with the skill mod or is it just that I am not holding the syringe right?

Also, I was wondering what thoughts you all have to skill sets you all think best for master BE, I am working on Ranger (and mastering BE).

I've been having problems sampling anything I have a mission for. My CL is 57 and I can't seem to sample anything that's not grey to me. I'm 2444 in BE at the moment and this is just annoying me that I can't sample critters that are closer to my CL. Did they change it so that you can't sample things close to your CL and mission creatures, or am I just having really bad luck?
