1) Tailor Tissues - more useful tissues would be nice. I tend to have 3 or 4 tissues that sell and the rest nobody cares about.


2) Chef Tissues - Nobody seems to use anything except the Nutrient line, so either (A) all the Chefs are doing it all wrong or (B) the other tissues are useless to them. I tend to think it's the second option


3) Increased harvestability of Mollusk, Crustacean and Fish - please oh please ....


4) Some system in place that catches invalid pets before we sell them - in fact, that stops them being created in the first place.


5) Perhaps extend out tissue line so another profession or two can make use of them? That would create more work for BEs generally and give people more choice as to what they do with their BE. Just a thought.


Those are my main concerns.

A master scout with BE enhanced clothes and good jawa beer has a pretty good chance of walking up to a group of mutant rancors undetected. The ranger camo stuff is largely useless because mask scent works so well. One of the ranger gripes.


I usally ask and get a schematic for my pet stims. The advance resources don't bother me too much. When a good shift comes, I get a bunch of it. Since few use pet stims, I don't go through those resources quick enough to worry about it. You just need to make friends with a couple of Docs and getting those schematics are pretty easy. I've never had an issue and one of them even has 11 points. Just need to meet up with the right people. You may need to move around some and go looking though. It isn't a trival process to find good natured people with skills that are willing to help. It is doable though.

Things that need to be fixed.


1) Not only do Tailor tissues need to be looked at but Chef tissues also. How many orders has anyone gotten for any chef tissues other then MNS, BSN, or INN?

2) Something needs to be doneto equalizethe resource requirements in Chef tissues. The best tissue should notrequire the easiest resources to collect. (Generic meat/flora is much easier to get then Wild or Domesticated meat)

3) Something needs to be resolved about Pet CLs and invalid pets.

1) SEAs (although I don't really want to deal with the first push to get these SEAs )


2) DNA storage (I really don't think this will EVER happen, but it's worth listing)

3) Armor tissues, weapon tissues. You want the economy to be playerrun then let us make SEAs.

Here is the list of things i would like to see a little change.


1. Diffrent Creatures for cloning - ovus,,, one


2. Not CH's can't tame WILD creatures but that the wild creatures are that strong and any GOOD CH would rather buy there Creatures from A MBE.


3. Secret schematics for BE that they could find - OR someone could find. But the creatures they have look really kool and are very strong, That CH would be prepared to pay alot of money for them. They could be very hard to get like the Armoursmiths RSI armour or some **** like that. ( I don't know if BE can alredy get schematics like )


4. Some bug fixes here and there but nothin else.

Im a nov BE,1/1/1/1,DNA sampling should be easier.


I mean,there should only be a 5% chance of failure when DNA sampling dwarf nunas..after all the're only good for decorative creatures and a small amout of XP.A decorative creature i can make is only worth 500-6k(6k for a non-ch cu pa or Dewback)I like a challenge in dna sampleing but not when sampling dwarf nunas to make decorative pets.

Hi! I haven't been in game for the last four months. Now I'm trying to catch up on my nearly mastered BE. What is the latest state of the profession. I have scanned the forums and it seems that most issues are still open. Is this correct? An update would be fantastic.

I have been A Master BE on tempest for a long time now. And I guess resources are probably my biggest complaint with the BE Class. Our resources Have always been much harder to find than those needed for other classes. Since when realistically should meat, milk, and eggs be harder to get than metals, chemicals, or gas? When most of the other crafting classes want a resource they just plop down a mine for it. Why should we have to spend Hours upon hours sneaking up to lairs for a couple units of egg? Or chasing down wild beasts to milk them? I think it's about time we got factories of our own, you could call them "Farms". Well, I guess I've said my piece now.

YES!I agree, there should be "farms" or mabye "Natuaral processing plants" to get organic resouces.I mean come on,you've got to be rich to grind MBE and thats just wrong...

YEAH, why is BE the only crafting profession to get the shaft? First we don't get a Harvestor of anykind except the Floras, But Meat and protein base substances are required more than Flora. Then BE doesn't get a Vendor of their own when they master the profession. Then they make a slot for Secret research data and Forget about it completely or make you wait for a whole year to acually put it in the game. I was thinking thata BIG fish net for the fish meat would be nice, fishing SUCKS!!

Hi. I am almost a master bio-engineer,qndI must say this thread is anexcellent one! Of the issuesI have delt with this far, have been posted.Here concerns and complaints also.


The developers will never allow us to have such powerful pets! They say they don't want to create an npc based economy, well like the other post said too late.


Why a CL cap of 75? Which means mutant rancors basicly we can't sample beyond this.And omg you can't even get close with out them goingaggro.

Theres also a kinetic cap whichI believe is 60 and an energy cap of 60, correct me ifI'm wrong. Every other resist there may be a possible 100 don't count lightsaber resist.I assume thats were publish 10 allows it to kick in maybe.


If you go to swgcreatures.com you will find creatures that do 700 and even up to 4000 dmg in the case of a Krayt Dragon. So why the hell do we get capped?Why shouldn't we be allowed to make top of the line clones of most of the skins we have inour list? It makes no sense to me to try and nerfour pets, but allow creatures in the wild to have outrageous stats. Case in point,I sampled a Merick Harvester, his kinetic was 75, the sample was capped to 60 kinetic!I want the darn 75 kinetic. Why aren'tI getting it? We should be allowed to sample every darn creature in this game.I don't care!I pay money!I spent 100's, if not 1000's of hours of my life looking for dna samples and making pets.It seems bitching and moaning likeI'm doing does nothing. WhatI prepose to get these developers moving, is to start a petition to get these changes fixed.Odds are, this has been done, butI have a ton of friends on many servers. They have agreed to canel there accounts if these problems and changes are not implemented.I have 3 accounts of my own that will go. Of the 43 friendsI have made over the last 8 months and the numerous peopleI have gotten to buy this game,at least 98% of them will cancel there accounts.The time for delay's are over and empty promises are over. We pay your salaries my developer friends.You have forgotten the golden rule of thumb "never bite the hand that feeds you".





Listen to all these good people who have posted, because really money will go away, accounts will be cancelled and there will be no hard feelings about it.

we are level capped because the Creature Handlers arelevelcapped. Why would we want to make a pet that is level 269 if no one could use it? Novelty? Perhaps but even there is still no point in doing so. We are resist capped so that the creature handlers can have some edge in taming wild creatures. I believe the devs were considering re-introducing more babies of popular high levels pets - e.g. Merek Harvester babies - because the CH profession is growing more and more dependant on Bio-Engineers for their edge, which in the view of Creature Handlers, is unfair.


Oh and I strongly doubt you have spent 100s or 1000s of hours looking for DNA samples because equates to over 4 days /40 days of SOLID sampling which I'mpretty sure I didn't even accomplish. FYI: petitions never get anything changed, this game is out there to make money (sorry but its true) and the devs will do whatever it takes to ensure that they receive their pay cheques. This is why the combat revamp has been pushed back. This is why countless professions have falled into disarray - because the devs don't play the game, the don't see how it is being effected.
