Thread: Non-CH pets keeping me busy!

SO, Hi all! I was getting out of the et making market for a little bit when I noticed that my Non-CH vendor was clearing out at a rapid rate! I was jsut using the VD-VD-HP-HP-HP recipe and had that thing fully stocked with all kinds. OK, my point is (I have one I think) that I was charging 10k for each of these pets and they sold fast. So, i decided to put up 30 more pets at 20k a piece this time just to test the waters and BAM! THey sold out even faster than before! Two days to be exact. So Non-CH pets are the way to go right now. Woot!

Well the reason they sell so well is because they apply to a wider demographic. If you can feed the masses then you're doing alright. Plus I find it more satisfying making pets because you know that sometime in the future you will get a /tell saying how much they love your pet asking if you had any more 
I still see my pets roaming the streets (I can tell which ones I have made) and also I still find people asking if I'm still a BE. The chefs I supplied additives to haven't yet

I'd be curious to find out if those animals are being purchased by different people or a small group of buyers. It may be a master BE using those animals to make the uber CL10 freaks.

spazzers, werent you the one that posted about another BE buying your pet vendor out because you saw uber pets with the same specials? As a MBE who does make uber pets on occasion, I can tell you that they just dont do that...first of all, HP/VD pets dont have any specials worth stealing, secondly you get the specials you want from your formula anyway. If its another BE buying out your vendor time after time, its probably just because he wants to corner the market. If aMBE needs crap DNA, there's huurton pups. If he needs vulns, there's CBD. There's no reason to cannibalize VD/HP pets, its redundant =)

Nah I wasn't the BE. I just commented on the ethical issues that were brought up in that other thread.
I really can't see a BE buying out another BE's animals at 20K a pop just to corner the market. I mean that is quite a bit of money. You would have to charge more than 20K to make a profitand who is going to pay more than 20K for a CL10? You'd make more money selling trash CL10 animals for 6K on the bazaar.
It seems to me it would be cost effective just to make your own CL10 animals and sell them at 20K yourself.
If on the other hand someone recycled those CL10 animals into the uber non-creature tanks and sold those at 100K each you stand to make much more money with very little effort of your own. I'm not saying this is the case. This is just a possible explaination.

So... now that we are all mulit-millionares... what are you going to do with all your money? Just a question... I am sure you all have much more than my self, but what exactly is the point of having so much fake money? What do you intend to buy?
I have everything I need, I buy rare items to decorate my fake house that I only spend time in when decorating it... and no one else comes to visit it... I was thinking yesterday I bet there are tons of houses just as nice or nicer than mine... but why?
I was thinking there needs to be reasons to hang out in these cool houses that we have all made... Suggestions:
Holo CHESS - they need to fricken invent and implement!!!!
Pool tables... not very starwarsy but fun non the less
Back yard pools? Naww
What else do you think we need...

That would be awesome!
Pools wouldnt be so fun though, because swimming isnt too dynamic... But, fun little game options attached to houses would make them more fun, and the game in general would get a more rounded feel to it... *orders devs to play the new leisure suit larry* Like that! (just minus the nudity and constant sexual innuendos)

Leisuresuit Larry! I forgot about that. I got a 14 year old computer in a cupboard that has the *original* version of it on there. Must say, one of the funniest things ever is trying to get condoms from the foreign shop owner lol.

WEll, My GF is a master merchant so she dropped 3 veddors and a tent for me. SHe stareted forwarding all the mail to me for sales and all these purchases have been by different people. So no BE buyout.
On another note, I just restocked it again yesterday with 20 new pets and they are almost all gone again! WOOT!
If someone is buying me out and using others to do it.....Please Keep it coming!
