When Arthur first posted his leaving message I said I would not beapplying for correspondent...but then something happened. I received an emailsuggesting that I have a go applying.

I am willing and happyto beour Correspondent, and feel Icould do a really good job, but wouldlike to know if theother forum regulars would like to see me as correspondent or somebody else.

So...here we go...would you like me to apply for Correspondent?

If not,(I don't mind if you don't, I truly would like to know people feelings) who would youprefer to see as Correspondent?

I'm more of a BE lurker, altho I know the profession well. I'd say lately, that your posts Lloyd have been objective and helpful. I'm not familiar with your orgizational skills, but I would support seeing you as the corro if you have the time. I think you would make a very good choice to represent us.

I'd considered it and I have time, but I'm not very organized.

Good Luck.

no...not retiring. I was upset at how quickly the CURB was released particularly bearing in mind that almost none of our issues have been addressed, and that was making me consider my accounts, but assuming the mess that Chimaera is in now gets sorted out, I will be looking for something to do in game...and I feel that being the Cor would give me a reason to keep playing, and doing the things I love the most.

I suppose you could say, I am a little tired of our issues not being addressed time and time again, and I want to see if I can 'make it happen'.

(In case you are wondering what the 'Semi Retd' in my sig means...it means I have a very select clientelle because I got sick of constantly running >10 factories at any one time. It detracted from my pet making )

Go for it Loyd.

You're on of the old BE's, been around a long time. You know everything we've had to deal with in the past and are awear of the problems we're having post-CU.

Yes, you should. Heck, I think anyone who thinks they know about chef and tailor tissues and pet crafting (required since it's the most complicated crafting there is in SWG), and plans on being around, should apply. Let SOE decide who fits them best.

Note: I would have included meds in there as well but because they're new, I'd be suprised to see a former Doc/CM who also has expert level pet crafting knowledge.

do it lloyd - how embarassing would it be for Dorelli to be our corr?

Not that I really care...if pet crafting isnt restored by the end of the respec period, I'm going commando anyway (I mean the profession! not the underwear style). Course I'll still come lurk here Zadokk-like and flame the LTB chef posts

lol, now be nice

I think you'll do a fine job Lloyd. Just be realistic about the job. I believe many correspondents go in thinking they will fix all the issues we've had since the dawn of time. The reality is, those issues are up to the developers to fix, not the correspondent.

Let us know when they plan on fixing the 1000 fortitude issue on all wild animals and I'll vote for you during the next presidential elections.

Dorelli,

You really did us proud during the CU. You selflessly spent a lot of time testing bio-engineering things, and more importantly sharing your findings, when you could have been running around trying to figure out what the "most l33t" combat template was, or spending just enough time there to figure out what resources you should be hoarding and spending the rest of your time on live preparing etc.like so many others were.So that alone makes you a great candidate in my book should you choose to apply. I hope others appreciate the sacrifices that you made, and the knowledge of the post-CU world that you now posess.
