I seen another BE selling a level 69 gurreck with the following stats - about 12K HAM light armour , 40%kinetic , 50% energy and 100% electric, heat and some others . it also had dizzy and knockdown as specials .

I understand the way to get the specials is to make a donor pet . I'd settle for some diffrent specials but would really like resists like that . The BE who made it says she wont tell me how . Can anyone here made a pet like that who is willing to share how they did it? Thanks for any help.

Mutant Rancor, Rancor youth, Mutant Rancor, Rancor Youth, Mutant Rancor. In that order more or less.

i tried dna in this order MR , MR , RY , RY , MR . only one special would stick and that was dizzy in special 2 . I thought special one came from slot 4 (which wasRY knockdown ) and SA2 came from slot 5 (MR which was dizzy) , but only the dizzy seems to stick . ive made 3 of them and they all came out without a special one . Anytips on how to get the Rancor Youths knockdown into SA-1 ??? which slot should i put it in?? . Any help would be great.

I wouldn't worry about specials so much, they are unreliable at best, sometimes you can get a pet to dizzy someone but relying on those specials in PvP is a fools gamble.

For PvE what your really after is a small, fast, hard to target pet with ranged attack that hits hard. Think mott, boar wolf, gurrcat. Those kinds of skins.

For the DNA bark mite burrower queen is a good pick. Good resists to kinetic, energy, acid and heat. The most common types of damage. It will have a vulnarability to blast, which means a swordsman with their blast damage hammer will really eat this pet alive.

But just get 5 really good bark mite burrower queen samples and make a pet out of it. You should be able to get a ranged attack pet that hits for 530ish damage.

hiya,

I went with -

MR-YMPW-MR-YMPW-MR ( Mutant Rancor / Young Malkloc Plains Walker )

only spent2 points to Even the HAM and 1 point in Psych and 1 in Damage = CL70.(other 3 attempts where 77-74-69)

I made it a Narglatch and gave my friend the +mods to control it.

Hehehehe this thing can pace a Swoop bike.

there actualy is a reliable way to make pets fire their specials in pvp or any combat theres just 1 small difficulty in it. to get 100% fireing the pet needs to be out of combat. so instead of telling the pet to attack you have to use follow target to get them in range and then use the special command wich fires the special and puts them in combat. its quite possible for a CH to use the dizzy knockdown combo if he has a pair of twins that has dizzy on one and knockdown on the other. set them up with follow target as the same command and 1 command will make one pet dizzy while the other uses KD. get em in range and blam you have a BH or TKA screaming nerf cause they got a taste of their own tactic.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

Glyndo,

From memory and looking at the other Screen shots, I'd guess somewhen in the neighborhood of 500 to 560.

If ya want the exact 10 point spread I can ask my friend.

"its quite possible for a CH to use the dizzy knockdown combo if he has a pair of twins that has dizzy on one and knockdown on the other."

Sure, if the CH is prepared and ready and such.

How often does that happen in PvP?

It's a bit out of topic but where can I find a Young Malkloc Plains Walker please?
