My third holo said Master B.E. Looks like I will need hunting 4 for the third time. :smileysadoes anyone have any tips to help me out? What to craft grind? Is it 3/4 crafting and 1/4 sampling like the skill tree suggests?

I can buy as much meat as it takes to finish. No offense to you B.E.'s out there, I love all the things you make me--I use the heck out of clothing enhancements and pet stims.

Does anyone actually look in the forums for the answer before they post or do they just like to clutter it up further with things that have been discussed time and time again????

Buboopadoo, I really wrecked your name in the last post, sorry bout that. I understand that we get irritated with all the holo chasers. Im master doc also, and see it all the time. But I dont think I acted like some people Ive seen who are just plain rude and disrespectful of other peoples professions.

I just finished pikeman, for instance. The holo chasers are so rude there--"OMG I hate your profession, it sucks, why are you in it? Can you help me hurry up through it?" I try to find fun in the professions I am going through, even if its not one I chose myself.

I think I will enjoy something in this class while Im doing it. I cant say Im happy about dropping another combat class, or having to do hunting4 for the third time, but its not bad at all.

Ecksrae, I can't help but be perplexed by the approach you took to trying to figure out the grinding question. you scrolled back four pages? Did you expect people to /bump posts that we find offensive (even though you were appropriate and your demeanor was nice, you're still kinda rude to expect us to keep posting the same answers to the same questions)? Why not just use the advanced search feature instead of cluttering our boards? Here's a tip:

• Go to the advanced search feature


• Use the line that says "Return only messages where the subject contains"


• Type in "grind"


• Limit your search to Bio-engineer board


• Click on search

Yielded 416 results. The last two pages there are FULL of grinding pages.

No matter how nice you try to be, stepping through our profession so you can become jedi is not going to be well received. I agree with another poster that it is a fault of SWG for creating a system that promotes grinding (something SWG supposedly discourages). I would kill toplay a jedi in this game too, so I don't question your motivation. But you're looking for advice that is already available with little effort on your behalf. Don't expect kudos.

Why doesn't someone sticky a message for the Holocron BE's?

As for hunting. You'll need to grind"coffee" which takes 80K of meat. I'd suggest going to Dantoinne in hunting parties and harvesting longhorn pickets. You need lots of meat and this will get you a little bit along the way. Its all herbivore so it may also be helpful in you doctor life.

Xanda, I dont want your kudos, or your boring verbage. I got help from helpful people who know their proffession. I dont need help from someone who really thinks theyre a bio-engineer and runs his little piece of the forum like a nazi.

I dont think its possible for someone to care as little as I do for what you are blabbing.

And Ive never turned my back on anyone needing help in the game. Ask people on kettemoor.

As I already got all the information I needed I wont see your reply, so save it.

The Nazi party was responsible for 12.5 million real deaths, in real life. They decimated relatives of mine; they even destroyed the lives of my German in-laws. The idea that you would fling that around as a casual insult speaks volumes about you as a person. I find it hard to believe that you could assume, from one post, that I postwords inforums similar to a group of thugs who terrorized and forever changed the landscape of their country and the world. Virtual game vs. real death.

You have now proven twice that you do not know how to post constructively in our forums. Take some time, do the search, figure out what you're asking, and above all tread lightly on your insults. You do not know the scars you stir nor the pain one single word can inflict. Clearly.

People who join a profession because of a holocron are what is wrong with the game nowadays, people who have no interest in the game itself and are just working towards a goal at the end which has utterly no connection to professions which we personaly love. Holocron profession masters are the kind of people who have no reguard for the issues behind each profession and no care for the community they are stepping into. They'll just take what they need from the profession and the community then move on, why do they deserve support when they don't care about anything but mastering the profession and then ditching it.

Sorry but thats the harsh fact, don't expect help from a profession'scommunity when you only see them as a stepping stone.
