There goes 4 mutant rancor samples. or 175k. Whichever way you want to look at it.

What was your 5th sample? I ask as I would like to avoid making the same mistake by not using a low enough CL on one (or two?) samples to pull the lvl down to 70 or less..

Thanks for the info, and sorry for your loss

Has anyone checked if pets over 70 can be called or tamed when using BE enhanced clothes with the taming bonus?

Rancor, lvl 50. I could probably have snuck under 70 of I hadn't experimented all my points.

This is all the more reason to put the Current CL on the dna as you are working on it. If I got up to say CL68 and had 3 points left. Chances are I won't experiment again.

One of the points for our clone fix was to give us more control over the pet. But without going nuts on the experiment side (or having some sort of creature guide).. we will continually go over the CL70 max :/

So I am all for adding the CL to the dna experimentation (it will fluctuate as you experiment). That or allow us to make one final modification during the actual creature building screen that can let us finalize how the CL might turn out. (2nd point being of personal preference )

This is my biggest issue...well...that and lack of documentation.

Yean I've made a CL71 and a CL 73 creature already rather upsetting.

How about letting us specify the CL and then see what we can do within that.

Or better yet: allow BE's to experiment for either a boost or reduction in that category...

No other crafting skill has anyone hoping for a failure in some cases...

Well milk will supposedly soon be fixed (next publish) and taming can be taken care of to go above 70.

Has anyone seen +max level of pets tapes before? If they exist your +70 pets are not a waste. If for nothing else, though sample them.

much like the poster stated above - if anyone on bloodfin makes over CL70 pets by accident, sent me a tell in-game, i'm also curious about the ability to stunt them

Asu, just sample the DNA from that clone and use it in a 2nd or 3rd generation set. If you are lucky you will get 4+ samples fromthat clone. Then you will get a chance to lower the CL.
