Thread: Question about template

If I go CM 4/0/0/4 what am I limiting myself to or from?


Obviously I will not be able to craft anything and my Combat Medicine Use will be at +75. Any other things you guys see wrong/right with this?


I am thinking of a template as:


Master Doc

CM 4/0/0/4

Rifles 4/0/3/0


What is your opinion of this?

this should do pretty good for you. but i would try to get skill tapes for CM med uselike 20-25 of them so you can use Area c piosons.

Med use tapes do not work. This is by design, even though they still drop.

In the world of buffs I don't find novice medic to neccisary anymore so to answer your question yes 3/0/0/0 in TK will allow u to meditate off poison and desiese fairly quickly (not sure about wounds havn't used my commandin awhile but i believe u need 4/0/0/0 to heal wounds)and I like it. My only major complaint with with my Comm/Smugg combo is my lack of accuracy with my launcher pistol the smuggler specials are great but only when they land lol, however there is food that can fix this.

Damn, so not able to heal wounds...damn I wish I had 2 more freaking sp's. That makes it a tough decision. As it is now Master Commando isn't worth much (makes me wanna cry) but I really would like to be a master commando again, yet I love ebing able to slice my own gear. If only there was 2 more SPs!!!!

I say go for the TK with 3/0/0/0 you will have the ability to powerboost so wounds won't be much of an issue and it really isn't that hard to track down a novice medic to heal up your wounds on the fly.

I'm not sure....I might try medic 0010 because I can use some stim B's as well as some wound packs yet keep my master commando that I miss so much as well as my master smuggler. I can wait out just about any poison with stims, and disease can be dealt with until I find a docalso if I have wound packs. I think that if I do decide to drop smuggler (although not likely) and pick up TK, I will just not use my commando stuff any more, as TK can chew through almost anything, and with the new heat weapon for TK's comming out they will totally replace commandos main damage type. I hope the combat rebalance comes soon, I want to be able to light stuff on fire and have it actually take some damage again.

Just get Novice Medic. You don't need 0010 to use stim B's or any of the B wound packs.

Then what will I do with the rest of my points (I think 2 or 3 left over) The only other skills I will have will be capped at master.

I am changing my template again, partlybecause I grew tired of my uber PvE combat smuggler template, and mostly because I missed lighting things on fire way back before the first commando nerf. Now I don't PvP all that often, as I usually last about 3.2 seconds and die, so this is primarily a PvE template. I was looking at Master Commando, Master Smugger (I love it too much to give up), and 3000 TK, for the Med line. Would this allow me to Meditate away diesase and poison, as well as the wounds or would I be better to go with medic 0010 for stim B's and the lowbie wound packs. I don't need to be able to heal others (so what I'm selfish ) and if I was able to rid myself of disease and poison I would much prefer the TK, but I don't know what level 3 in meditation will get me. Thanks in advance.

If you would please give feedback about this. I am a master fencer and i'm thinking about adding swordsman to my template. What would the benefits and drawbacks be by doing this. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks

I soloed everything in the game.
