It seems like not too many BEs here are excited about mounts. I have a great demand for them since I can make them all better than the wild ones. I dont understand why more people cant unless they are not masters. Will the Bol now work since there are babies on test center? I have stockpiled mounts and have several MCH friends to train them. I plan on placing them on my vendor and then they can look up a CH to train it.

I am just curious if you have any ideas on what you will sell them for. They will also have to pay a CH to train it, so what is a good amount (seriously please). 20k, 50k 100k?

I hope you all understand this is a great opportunity because CH will not be able to keep up with demand and the amount of time it will take them to find babies. They can only store so many,but if they buy our deeds they can carry many and leave an open spot in the data pad to train them.

Well its yet again a CH over BE, BE will sell them to CH for a few Creds then the CH will sell it on for around 30k upwards. i just got a Tell form a guy who wanted to buy some Pets in BULK from me. he wanted Mount pets so as a BE i wanna make some money, i mark the price for a SINGLE mount at around 28k so i make the profit and not the CH, most CH i sell to will pay this as its easyer to buy a pet then find a baby pet and train them up. tbh if avg mount prices are something like 50,000c i wouldn't supprized and its the Bio-engineers like you and me who need to Mark up the price to the CH. they wanna mass sell mount then they better pay the price for it. i resent and am insulted that some one wants mount creatures at 1,000c a head in mass order only to sell them on at around 29 times the price they paid for it.

Bio-engineers stick up for yourselfs and sell your BE pets at a higher price check out the local CH sales and see how much they will sell Mounts for then mark up your prices so they make less profit, for one we spend out on meat and flora, 2 we need to DNA sample 5 times per pet just to get one pet where as a CH only needs to tame once to get a pet.

I'll be pricing them 20k to 40k on my vendor... perhaps more if the Devs give players a reason for getting a BE mount vs a wild CH tamed mount.

If they don't sell /shrug. I'm not gathering DNA Samples for peanuts.

yeh i would drive mount pets at around 20k min for a single and maybe less for more then on at anyone time,

i have been asked about getting a mass order of Kaddu pets and i had to tell the guy i am not doing it for any less then 10k per pet in bulk. cos for one i want to maximize profit and secondy i need to restok on DNA so this means more Meon gold and more Stim Bs these cos around 10k for a crate of 25 and 30k for a crate of 48 stims. ish, if i waste all my DNA on a few creds worth while the CH stocks up on mount pets to sell on at around 20k to 50k each.

I think I will sell the non-CH mounts for 30k no less. They are very much worth it. The demand will be huge and this is a mode of transportation. I think this is too cheap. My CH mounts will be at least 50k because they are better than wild. If people dont realize this that is ok to.

Same as always, it's the CHs who make them mounts after all not the bio-engineers.

You are right its the CH that "trains" them as mounts, but I will create the creature for the mount.

I dont sell my mountable animals for anything under 25k, and i am still selling masses of them.

Bugger the CH's they can try and mark up their prices if they like, but i'll be damned if im the one running round doing the work and not getting my slice!

I have given away and trained of 5000+ pets for people...so i think i have done enough on Scylla.

I have no intention of making them. Until the clone changes go through I view the clone line as rather worthless.

I sell for 30k flat rate for all mounts regardless of CL People have been buying so far...after all, its only like running 2 or 3 mid-level missions for a pet u can use for months

Right well bio-engineers of Ahazi preper to be 'under-cut' since I'm not selling creatures at a marked up price because they can be used as mounts. Frankly while I can understand the free-market idea of increasing the cost by demand I don't find it very fair to bleed the customer when I'm already making around 6000c from each sale as it is. Especially for a CL10 critter which I can make from fambaa dna with no hassle.
