Supression fire anyone?

Wait, or maybe Warning Shot?

But I don't really believe you got incapped by a Gorg to begin with. In my experience, these skills are a MUST for rifleman, because we have no "innate" defensive skills. Warning shot is a bit iffy at times, but I've yet to come across much in the way of creatures that don't posture down more often that not when hit by supression fire.

sorry u feel that way...personally...i think that rifleman is going to be a great class in the near future and i cant wait to master it. sure its got issues right now and they will eventually get to them. what class doesnt have issues? and getting incapped by low level mobs...hehe...well, its sad to say, but after the "big patch" i got incapped by a fynock. this did not make me happy.not mad enuf to quit a class tho /shrug to each his own

Not to say I agree with him, but warning shot won't help at all if he never hits the thing. just making sure you know that.

whats the point of this post? do you think any really cares? couldn't handle it, good. one less whiny one less person complaining day in and day out about how they aren't the strongest class in the game. go be a BH coward.

im just tired of whiny bitchy people that think the community cares that they gave up and surrendered all thier points in a profession just becuase they couldn't handle it. it annoys me when people complain about thier profession not being the best when some professions are completely screwed up, ie comandos.

Yup, I ahve surrendered all my rifleman skills and marksman skills.. I jsut can not handle the disadvantages that a rifleman has in PVE! I was a 2/0/0/1 rifleman and got incapped by a **edit** GORG of all things, why? because my 6 shots were a MISS, so i said screw it and started to run, couldnt burst run cause I had to burst run to get away from a dewey because I misseds hooting him, so now im running away froma gorg as he nibbles away at me and I keep MISSING HIM, so then a fellow guild member laughs at me for getting incapped by a gorg lol, cant blame him....

Also leaving of course, because we do not have the T21 rifle and because some of the PVP issues. I will miss being a rifleman, but now i am gone =(

I am picking up Pikeman now, lol I know may not be any better, but I have a friend that does ebtter then I did at a LOWER skill compared to what I was.. so its worth a shot.

but youdid make me read it. you posted it in a public forum and you titled it 'another one bites the dust.' the title caught my interest. then i read what you were writing about, and ive had it up to my eyeballs with people complaining about how bad their class is, even BHs complain. we don't have it that bad, so it pissed me off how you could just completely give up off of a few bad experiences. or what seems to be one bad experience.

now here's a more mature post that i probably should have responded with:

do you expect to be able to kill everything instantly at novice and the first few boxes? you were only a 2/0/0/1 rifleman. ill give it to you that you should easily kill a GORG but that wasn't becauseriflemen suck, its cuz you missed a billion times in a row and our melee defensesucks cuz of the **edit** x2.5 damage modifier on us.ive complained a lot about it(notposted)but i stuck through it because almost every master rifleman ive talked to has said in the end it was worth it, and im almost there and its beggining to look at look better up here than it was down there. blah blah blah blah blah im sleepy now.

oh btw, if you do plan on responding to this response, can you please spell my name right? even if all it says is "**edit** you sariin" whatever along those lines.

Suppression fire works great, maybe you did'nt read my post... The shot missed, and missed, and missed. IM sure this was jsut a fluke, I had a bad gaming day and then when that happened.... well you would be pretty upset with it.
