Bio Engineer Archive
Thread: Our new correspondant: Faceless bio-engineer or known player?
he just means someone who doesnt actively post on the forums.
thats how i took it anyway.
Hahah Kova, you stole the words right out of my head..... I started reading this and said to myself, "Watch them pick the guy that heals his pets wounds with vitality packs".
Hopefully they exercise a clue and get someone with a bit more experience and a consistency over the long haul.
Is it too late for me to throw my hat in the ring for the CH, Commandoor Bounty Hunter correspondent? I'm none of them, but I think I could have a major impact on those professions. Here are my collected inputs that I would pass on to the Devs.
All BH's have permanent TEF's on all factions. That would keep em busy.
Heavy Weapons incap the user every time they're fired (kind of like carbines are now).
10% chance for all wild tamed pets to turn on their masters. At least it would make all the BE's happy.
So to sum up your thoughts, Tal-N.
You feel that the community should have a member that "everyone" knows? With all due respect, the devs choose the correspondents based on their input in their paragraph applications in the emails. I do agree that the BE community should have a person who knows what they are talking about and actually knows about the profession, but do they have to be noticed everyday by the forums or well-known? I feel that correspondent program would help the "quiet" members to become known. If they have great knowldge in the profession, great writing skills, and an organization nut, I feel that they may be just what the doctor ordered, regardless of their popularity on the boards.
