A rather large quantity of milk has suddenly appeared on Bloodfin being sold for 30 milk for 3000 credits on the bazaar. I bought all I could as I need this badly, like all other BE's do.

I spoke to another BE later who informed me that they had also bought milk from the same person for the same price. Between us we had bought over 2,000 milk.

The guy is called Neato (seller) who says he finds in periodically from mobs in a cave. I am trying to find out more, but had to log. If anyone has any info on the cave on Bloodfin, or what is perioidically dropped large quantities, please enlighten us all. It would be nice to have a regular supply so that we can meet the demands of the taming training tissues.

(the milk was Lokian Wild Milk. Quality was not great, but it was milk!)

*srry if this isnt the case*, but it sounds like a duper. its unlikely if he only found it "periodically" that he could have more than 2k units. maybe if he was hunting ONLY that cave for long periods of time... still sounds suspicious to me, since the most milk ive seen one mob drop is 10 at one time - and that was only once (normally its around 2-4).

I have noticed a pattern now on Bloodfin. Suddenly the Bloodfin boards have number of BE's selling milk related products. Every BE is stating that they have managed to scrimp and save enough mlk together to make xxx amount of taming tissues.

Does seem strange that we all managed to scrimp and save just enough at the same time! If this is a duper, as much as I like the idea of having milk, then its still wrong and must be reported. I have the 21 e-mails from the sales I bought which I will forward to the devs in my report. Obviously, if the guy is innocent he has nothing to fear =)

For those BE on Bloodfin who have *legitimately* obtained the milk via endless scouring and searching... their efforts have just gone in vain as the price of the taming tissues will fall dramatically now due to a *seemingly* endless supply.

besides buying from dupers, where else we can find a big stack of milk? duping is an very well known issue but then we have new color interface, improved server stability,new largechubas and massive gnorts,but no duping fix, so duping is now official right?

This milk thing is just another one of sony's BS fixes for us. Make an item work, but hold back on the resources until they see how it affects the game as a whole on a smaller scale. They could easily hotfix the number of milk being dropped. I think chef's use milk in half thier items.. can't imagine. I am personally quite disappointed. I do agree with the 2 previous posts of dupers. I have seen on bloodfin someone selling 26 creature skill enhancements.. thats 650 + milk. I have never even seen a carton of whatever units they appear in and have been to every stretch of the galaxy.

There is still a duping problem with vendors. Happens on the bazar quite often. You make a purchase of a single item. The item is bought, appears as available, however the item itself that is being sold remains.Since the baz and personal vendors work exactly the same way, im sure this can be duplicated with them. Unfortunately i hve not figured out how to initiate the dupe.. have only seen it happen.

Add milk would you? Just freaking add it.

if someone is duping milk, good for them and if i knew how to dupe it i would too.

no clones worth cloning, experimentation is screwed, tissue variety is mediocre, milk is ultra-rare, mollusks are non-existant but hell ya we can mass produce pet stims.

Believe me im as frustrated as you are, but I dont believe im more important than any other bio in the game and that i should have something access to something they do not. Duping is a game breaking exploit, its probably the worst ingame infraction players are capable of making and its not a good idea to encourage it.

Taking advantage of exploits may be bad, I don't consider it exactly admirable selling a game where almost, if not, 50% of the content is broken.

They won't fix milk, I think its a good idea we do their jobs for them.
