Been on the TC alot recently, probably gonna spend alot of my time working on my TKA/Chef since the food is so much better now. Anyway there's some interesting stuff on there now in the form of loot. One of the missions in Bestine's medical centre has a limited schematic for a 'Stim A+' once the quests are completed I'm not a medic but a friend is and it seems you need a private crafting station to make it although I have no idea what the special stim A+ does. Perhaps those lootable damage stims which healed the mind can be produced now...

Secondly I came across this thing which I looted from a Jawa...

It bears similarity to something we make plus the description says it's used in clothing and it is indeed listed as a component. However it's unclear just what it does as the details in the examine window aren't very detailed, it just says it makes clothing last longer but that is kind of useless since clothing doesn't vanish when it hits 0/1000 condition anyway.

And finally, we know that the Empire clones alot but this MUST be an abuse of the technology...

Oh and just incase anyone is interested it looks like SoE has a new type of armor due soon, I saw this being worn by an NPC, it's almost like a mix of Chitin and Manalorian.

Maybe the jawa thing opens up additional colors for clothes. Give it to a tailor and see what happens.

1) not sure what this is... kinda looks and sounds like the visual camo (enhances cover skills?)

2) JEEBUS! thats alot of imps'

3) I hope that is some new armor, cause it looks spectacular.. heck I'm a bio-engineer I just were stuff for looks anyway.. the decay rate sampling mutant rancors even on insured items dumb.. ( however I think I read somewhere that they were getting rid of decay on insured items..)

As always thanx for the info

If you read the SWG hint book it talks about a power armor they decided was to strong for game. I wonder if thats making a comeback? If had a very robotic look to it. Nothing saying they couldnt modify the way it looks in game.

As for the clothing additive. Any chance it gives your clothes a shine in its looks? That way it would stand out when your in a crowd?

Your picture of the imps is that a raid?

Any news on the Stim A+'s?

I thought that too, but on the front page (I think) at the bottom of the link to the new chef updates comming in the patch, it says for all insured items, so now if it doesnt go through I'll be mad lol

Ok, found it exactly:

http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/content.jsp?page=Imperial%20Crackdown

it's at the very bottom

"The Little Things: The little things matter as much as the big things. There were many sound upgrades, improvements to the graphic user-interface and even a few minor activities for players to find. Many POI's and places where NPC's interact with each other (or NPC theaters). One of the "biggest little" things with this publish will be the removal of "insured decay" from the death penalty. Instead of having a 1% decay for items, players will have no decay as long as they have insurance."

Still no word on if the new StimA+ has been fixed, there's talk of the patch going live on Friday but the fact is that if it does then there's going to be alot wrong and alot broken. We'll have to see if the devs realise just how incomplete things are. As for the clothing component I haven't even found a master tailor yet, I'm not giving it to a novice cause with their critical failure rate it'll probably be destroyed.

Wow that armor is very nice looking. If i could take all of the time i have invested in my wookiee and put it into a human skin i would change races in an instant.

The only nice thing about being a wookiee is I get to park my speeder in the handicapped spot. Ohh yeah and I am real tall.
