Well actually fireworks can sell but I'd not reccommend them as a money making proposition. I sold two satchels full for 1000 credits per satchel. One hundred fireworks in each (20 stacks of 5.) That's ten credits per firework minus cost of the satchel. I mostly did it to do something different. My item description was sort of catchy and also listed the contenets of the satchel. They took more than a day to sell but they did sell.

Unless someone is planning a Fireworks show, they will not sell. I do not recomend selling these. When you craft a "useless" item that you know no one will buy, make sure you are in practice mode so you don't have to worry about what to do with the 50 fireworks you made.

I don't know. They are pretty fun to light up, and there's always going to be someone who feels like lighting some fireworks. I put some of them on the bazaarfrom time to time and they always sell. Not immediately, and not by the crateload, but they always sell before the week limit. Then again, I'm in a not so populated area (Moenia - Naboo - Radiant) so I don't have a lot of competition, and I usually sell them for 50-75 cr. There's probably a better way to make money.

I had a pretty good fireworks business for awhile. They don't seem to sell as well as they did a couple weeks ago, but they still sell. I normally charge 25 credits per use on the firework. A good one I can sell for about 200 credits.

You can probably sell them for 100 and they will go faster. People do buy them though

I've never been able to sell a firework, but I consider them an XP / fun item. Sure, you could put on "practice mode", but you only get a 5% bonus. Instead, I churn out a ton of them, go into a cantina at night, tell everyone there's a fireworks show, and set them all off. 50 or 60 fireworks can be pretty impressive, especially when people are wondering "holy hell, how many fireworks is he going to set off?!". It's always better to get some assistants so that your fireworks can be set off simultaneously, though.

I never had a problem selling fireworks. I didn't make much money but it helped me get up the eng 4.

I normally sold them from 50-80creds each. So, 100creds isn't unresonable. especially if the firework has 3 uses instead of 2.

If I may add...

Here is what I did. There was a point, where fireworks were the best thing I could craft. I would make as many as I could hold in my pack of all types I could make.

I set up a few macros

  1. Intro: "/yell Please look to the sky, Ioo (me) is the proud sponcer of "The shoting stars of Coronet" light show. If you enjoy the show, please give me a little tip, that will make my day."

  2. During: : burns her hand; /say Ouch!;pause1; /say Mom told me not to play with fire

  3. During: Please /tip me if you enjoy the show, the grind is hard, and I want you all to enjoy my hard work.

  4. After: Thank you all, Thank you.;/bow;/bow3;

I would put on a show

I did this about once an hour, and I made about 400-3000 a show. Tip: Go into the /kneel position before you start, and you can launch them as fast as you can click, makes for a real show.

Got rid of them, amde a little money, added a touch of fun to the world, and took a breag from the grind.

I forgot the guy's name but there's someone on this forum who occasionally advertises his parties and having fireworks shows for them. You might want to check around and see if you can find one of his posts to see if he's interested in buying some from you. Hope that somehow helps.

Don't sell the fireworks, man that is just wrong.

The only reason that I wanted to become an artisan is to make fireworks. They are useless, have no purpose and waste resources, BUT I LOVE EM.

I will usually use them to grind some XP, and then have a party at the PA hall for all my Guildies. I wish they had some connection with the entertainer line of professions, but then that would just give people a reason to buy them.

Artisans of the world unite and keep fireworks for themselves, and BTW How many dice have you created. Another useless piece of crafting materials.

Why is selling fireworks wrong? Not everyone who wants to use fireworks is an artisan. I buy fireworks in real life. Fireworks are no different than any other thing a person might want to sell. I don't think fireworks are useless. I enjoy them. One of the most fun things I made when I started out. Not everything has to be about uber loot and killing things. I like that the game has some things that are just purely enjoyble.
