Would the Devs please change vehicles so that they require multiple factory-made components and named resources instead of "any non-ferrous" and "any ferrous" which has made these crafted objects ideal crafted goods into which folks with large quantities of grinding materials may place their material with little or no effort involved?


(And will they please not make up put it in our top 5 in order for them to fulfill the request as they did last time?)

Um. That's not how it's going to happen, I'm sorry. The question thing is really for information exchange, not for change requests. I think the vehicle stuff is covered pretty well in the Top 5. Do you agree?

Oh. Maybe I misunderstand the whole point of the questions. LOL. I didn't re-read the top 5 as I should have before posting this.


What sort of information exchange do you mean?

I totally agree that the entire vehicle thing was covered very well by you in our top 5.

I would like to see us ask some questions regarding the upcomign GCW revamp vs Crafter types (to help maybe get them thinking more about the changes)



one such question might be



Are there plans on giving the non-combat professions (Artisan) a bigger role in the upcoming GCW Revamp?

This sort of thing is more along the lines of what Thunderheart is thinking in the question program.


To be fair, he didn't really make it clear to us what sort of questions he was expecting to answer in this when he started it. My understanding of the process has improved with each week.


He is really looking at this as a vehicle for each community to get some 'inside' information, that is, how things work under the covers.

if that be the case than i say we ask a question based on the very next publish.. I've seen a lot of talk being thrown around that being FS will effect crafting (is it effect or affect?) and i think some clarification would be in order.




How exactly will being Force Sensitive (FS)effect crafting? Will a non FSArtisan be able to Compete with a FS Artisan?

I think I can answer this, as I got a jedi on TC2 (and yes, for a while he wasa force crafting master/Master artisan, what go through for you guys )



Force experimentation does not give you extra points. At least it didn't with my toon. It gave me a reduced chance of failures.


The force crafting mods are (with the definitions given in the game):


Force Experimentation: This skill mod increases your chance at receiving an amazing success when crafting any object.


Force Assembly: This skill mod enhances your ability to succeed when crafting an object.


Force Repair Bonus: This skill mod directly affects your chances of repairing a damaged or broken item


Crafting Technique: This skill mod decreases the chances of failing when crafting an item

here is my question again for those of you who wont want to click multiple links and read through a bunch of old threads to find it.

The beauty of my question is, we will actually get an answer! Well, to the first part of it at least.

Q: How does the '/harvesterSelectResource' command work? Would it be possible to give us a command to empty the contents of a harvester to our backpack and another command to redeed a structure (if it can be safely redeeded) without a confirm box?

but still he got a very good point



no other master items are using simple resources without special names or even special planet requierements.


the reason for such lousy prices is exactly because its like it is atm
