here is my question again for those of you who wont want to click multiple links and read through a bunch of old threads to find it.The beauty of my question is, we will actually get an answer! Well, to the first part of it at least.Q: How does the '/harvesterSelectResource' command work? Would it be possible to give us a command to empty the contents of a harvester to our backpack and another command to redeed a structure (if it can be safely redeeded) without a confirm box?

Crafting Technique: This skill mod decreases the chances of failing when crafting an item

There you go. If you need more, let's ask the question!

Take care,

What is the difference between Force Assembly and Crafting Techniques? Are they redundant, additive, affect two different aspects of the game?

Force Assembly boosts your chances of great successes when assembling. Crafting techniques reduces your chances of critical failures. They are very similar, as you noted.

Take care,

My understanding as assembly bonus helps in the crit fail department, hence the chef assembly food. If this is different, then what is the effect of the different assembly successes. I have notice no difference in stats or experimentation success between a great success or amazing success on the assembly side of things.

That may make for a good question, just to clear that up, if possible.

Given Guruweaver's response to our former Correspondent's question, I say that we should ask the following:

"Please identify by board name the developer principally in charge on developing and programing the code for the artisan profession."

Issadra 12-pt Master Armorsmith, Master Merchant
NERF Armory 5103, 2008 Lost Sanctum Dantooine
Specialty Shop and Outlet in Andromeda Corellia

Ok folks, TH has informed us that due to a lot of pressures over publish 9 and related, they're off by about two weeks on the questions. Our question will come due next week while I'm away on my trip. I've asked DocSavag to comb this thread and make sure our question for next time is submitted properly.

Now is the time to come to consensus on the next question.

Take care!

They appear to be on indefinite hold.

I'll still try to get our questions answered via other channels.

Take care,
Guru

Heh...

On hold while they spend dev time appeasing those who use SWG as an on-line chat room by removing features that just about everyone else finds highly useful and valuable...

Sorry, getting cynical re these devs. They seemed reasonably intelligent and to give a rip about this game back during beta and the first few months of retail.

What happened?
