Let's say I tame Levisquall and I give it to a non-ch. I know he can't call it cause its CL19, is there anyway he can turn it into an item and drop it in his house?

No.
THe animals dropped in houses are Bio-engineer templates. Not actual creatures.

A good macro of this type to make is:
/deathblow;
/ -put a nice little condescending statement here-
(mine just says "pathetic!")
Its always fun to make a quick little comment after butchering someone. I am thinking I may make one for blowing up speederbikes that goes something like:
/crippleshot;
/crippleshot;
/OMG I JUST PWNED SOME N00BS BIKE!!!!11111;
Nothing like getting someone heated right before you enter mortal combat! This also radically increases the probability that you will receive hate tells once the encounter is finished if you enjoy this sort of thing.

I was thinking more along the lines of comedy in order to lighten the mood a bit. I'm thinking something like
/unarmedknockdown2
/shout "that robe compliments your skin color; are you an autumn?"
Just something so people don't take this quite so seriously.

I know this is strange, but I'm curious about something. If I add a /shout in a combat macro, does it take up time? For instance, would the following...
/shout "I really like your shoes"
/unarmedhit3
take more time than just a regular unarmed hit3?
Merely curious,

Or how about ...
/shout "I couldn't help but notice how frustating the jedi grind is to you, let me help you ... " ;
/unarmedhit3;

Not exactly sure what your asking...but from the way I'm reading it....you're asking how to know if it's your vendor? If so, you'd know because you placedthe vendorin your house or a house you have admin on. This requires at least business 3 and owning a house or being admined to someone else's house.
The only other way I could take your question is...how do you tell someone where your vendor is located...and that would be by sending them the waypoint of your vendor.

sounds like you already paid the person, and you just want it dropped off.
they go to your vendor and there is an 'offer to vendor' tab that they can 'sell' things to you like on the bazaar. i dont know if they can offer it for 0 credits, but i would guess no, so they should 'sell' it to you for 1 credit.
ive never had an offer to my vendors, but i think you get an email to let you know that someone offered something.
or, the more secure method, dont pay in advance, have them offer it to the vendor at whatever price you agreed to and you 'buy' it that way.
i would never pay first and have it left for me unless i really knew the person.

You don't get an E-mail, but if you're on you get a system message(which can go unnoticed if doing something else). If they are trying to figure out which one is yours, all they have to do is open it up and examine one of the items. If the items one that vendor have the right name as their owner, thats the vendor they are looking for. If you are trying to find your own vendor(not sure how you wouldn't know which is yours), just keep opening vendors until you see one that doesn't let you "buy" anything from it.
