if i buy a thing from some one and i tell him to drop it of into my vendor , how do i tell it my vendor??

Unfortnatley for you nope, you need to have at least Buisness 3 in Artisan to have a vendor.

so it'd be good if non-artisans had the ability to place very small vendors

You could always drop a droid deed in your house or something. Then you have a small percentage of a vendor (the shell). But you need artisan to drop a droid that you can use to sell stuff.

If the stuff you'd like to sell is relatively inexpensive (less than 20k per item), then the bazaar is an option. If it's expensive stuff, then your trade forum might be your best option. Or pick up artisan 3. Then you get your small droid vendor that can hold 100 items.
