Was something changes so that a Macro for crafting will no longer work?

Is it not picking the schematic at all?
Or, just picking the wrong schematic?

It's picking the wrong schematic entirely, and the one that it is picking is not even close. I actually ran the gauntlet and started at 00 and ran until the last schematic started repeating. Some of the schematics didn't even come up. I was wondering if they changed the sequence code or something. I only have one crafting profession, so it is not like it's a tool sequence issue. It kind of makes you wonder though when something in the last row on the data-pad is pulled up on 03.

I don't know if you know this already but here's a couple things to consider:
1) The only schematics that will come up are the schematics thatthe specfictool can craft.
2) The schematices that can be crafted with that tool will change depending on whether you are near a crafting station or not.
3) Some people have droids with crafting stations in them. If it seems to becrafting station related while you are not by a station, you may want to make sure there are no droids near by.

It drove me insane!
I ended up guessing # till i got it right.
Then it would run good for a few times then i'd have to guess and switch # again.
Then it would go smoothly until I the next login and it would be whacked again.
I found no ryhme or reason to the # of the schematics.

I didn't have any problems last week. The issue is new to me.

Ok guys, I'm not new to this. I have been playing the game since almost day one. I use to be able to count schems even with multiple professions by just looking at the datapad. What I am saying is that that is no longer possible. I will use schem 03 in the macroand get a schem from the sixth row somewhere looking at the datapad. Something has changed!!

Yeah the order things are saved in the datapad. IM sure it probaly changed this as well. Everytime i've to do the schematic numbers by hand. The command still works its how you get to the number that has changed

Your not imagining things. I was grinding with a macroseveral days ago. Standing in the same spot and not near any stations. I am in a storage house. My character template has not changed in over 6 months..suddenly I can't use the macro because it references the wrong schematic. A schematic that it DID referencea fewdays ago. Something happened.

The schematics are now all sorted.....
I wouldn't be surprised if they are all renumbered or the schematic number depends on how you sorted them.
Whenever they fix a feature that isn't broken there is a problem.

This is exacly what happened to me. No new skill boxes. Just working on a box for BE and 4-5 crafting sessions in it switches to a different schematic. I search through again, change my macro, works fine. Next day have to go back to the first # then after 4-5 sessions I needed to change it to the second # again.

ive never been able to count and have it work,, ive always had to guess, And yes when you log out they can change its always been that way for me,, well atleast the last 3 crafting profs i have done, arcitect, chef, bio over the last 8 months.. ]
the easiest way to do it is set up a macro that just picks one tool and selects the schem, then change the number, you dont need a semi colon, then click it again, it will give you the already crafting error but the schem will change, shouldnt take more than 5 mins to find the new one,, and generally its a higher number than the one you had before..
/ui action toolbarSlot 01;
/sel 01
hope that helps, but craftin artisan witha macro is not really needed you can do it in under an hour with 3 tools : )
