* Crafting an All Purpose Ship Repair Kit will now use artisan experimentation instead of shipwright experimentation.
Crafting
* Allowed survey/sampling while mounted.

yAy!!
This one too:
PlayerStructures
- All maintenance fees will automatically attempt to deduct from Bank accounts after the maintenance pool has been depleted. Once a structure reaches 0 hitpoints, it will flag itself as condemned instead of deleting itself. Condemned houses are not enterable, and all other structures are not usable. To uncondemn a house, simply enter it with enough money in the bank to pay the repair cost. To uncondemn all other structures, use them with enough money in the bank to pay the costs.

sweeeet but what happens when a player with 20million quits and the house stays there forever, there is a merchant tent in the city that i live in that no one uses, it has 18days left on it, my roomate had admin on it, he hasnt played in 11 months...... so what happens when this happens, he had 10 million in the bank...

OMG...I think I just soiled myself.
This is fantastic...I've been using a /dismount;/survey;/mount; macro for a long time to increase effectiveness, but this rocks!

I can tell you that the CH community is happy about that, too, and looks forward to fulfilling your mount transportation needs!

The surveying while mounted will speed things up GREATLY, no more go for 10 seconds, dismount, survey, mount, repeat...

I agree, but will this work with creature mounts, vehicles, or both?

I just tested it successfully with a speederbike.
I don't have a creature mount on TC, so I can't test that, but I'm pretty sure it should work as well.

This is magnificent! Several of my top issues will be resolved as soon as this hits live!
Great job, Guru.

one problem is that now if this hits in a few days the city I live in will not be able to set up the new mall we have been planning becuase a house that needs to poff will take like the whole next year to poof and the guild leader/mayor of the town has asked a CSR to remove it and they said they would not do that even thought the player has been inactive for mounths(about 6+).

I've had experience with something similar to this; basically the only time a CSR will remove a structure is if the name of the structure contains offensive language of some kind. Even in that situation the CSR does have the option to just rename the structure as opposed to removing it outright.
All in all I'm not sure how I feel about this whole structure maintenance thing. A building vanishing after maintenance ran out was a feature that was put in place for a reason. Its mypersonal opinion that if you didn't care enough to double check your maintenance on a regular basis then you shouldn't be too shocked when your buildings start to vanish.
