since i have limited amount of metals why should i sell low prices ?


I even got preorders at those prices.

That's why i'm just starting out with a minimumauction price at the spaceport and then letting folks bid on the darn things. I figure I'll let the public decide how much they want to pay to be the first one on their block with a speeder.


Oh, and this post reminded me of a nagging question that's been bugging me since I made it to master oh so many ages ago...WHAT THE HELL IS A NEMOIDIAN BIRD CAGE FOR?!?!?!


And so help me God, if any of you say "a Nemoidian bird" I will kill you like The Duke in Boondock Saints...

Im charging around 4cpu for the most part sinceI had quite a bit of metal just handed to me.


100k,150k and 200k? Thats the craziest thign ive ever heard. Vehicles have no subcomponents (not yet anyway, would be cool to use some of those electronis and controllers in the master box for vehicles) and only require 2 types of metal. They're about as hard to assemble as a chance cube.


Ive even told people that ill make thema vehicle for 1cpu if they bring me the material (limited to 1 per person). Im also not putting them on my vendor because im afraid that one person will buy them all up and sell them for crazy prices.

It's basic economics, folks. I'm amazed at the number of people who choose crafting professions that just don't understand the simple things. My favorite part of this thread is the lady who says she's afraid someone will buy all the vehicles off her vendor and sell them at 'crazy' prices. Do you realize how silly that statement is? You probably don't. Go ahead, sell your vehicles for 1 cr and then start a post tomorrow on how artisans can't make any money in this game, you only provide entertainment for the rest of us.

Honestly... if I saw a vendor with vehicles at very low price I'd buy 'em all and resell.
