Im getting this error all the **edit** time! How do I fix it, Im trying to place a large tatooine house
Yes, I have tried more then one deed, its not a buggy deed
Yes, I have tried placeing in more then one spot, as it happans the place im trying to build is the same place my old house was
And Yes, I have enough lots
Sometimes it goes into the top view, I can place it (With green layout... Im not just trying to build it with red) but when I try it goes back out and says "Building is not permitted" and sometimes it just says that right away without even going into the topdown view
*sobs*

You may need to log for a moment and reload, or just wait for the server shutdown and try again. That should fix it.

Your to close to a non player city. Move away 100m and try again. If that does'nt work repeat 1st step until it does.

Hmm, he can't place it where his old house was. But if his old house was there, than he should be able to place it there still. Probably just a glitch.

As stated by someone previously, it sounds like you're on the boundary of an NPC city. Now that you are trying to place a larger house in the same spot, it may be encroaching over the boundary line. Are there any structures built in front of your house or is it barren where nothing can be built?

Ok.. I should of said that in my first post.. or maybe I did, I tried it in more then one place, random areas all over the sandy crudhole that is tatooine, the closest city is bestine to were I want it, Theres builds nearby like I said in my last post, I tried both sides of these buildings, nothing..

Ah ok, I missed the part about the larger house! One question though, if you try to place a house ina NPC city, then will it be green to place or red?

If its in a player city, she must recieve permission to place to the house from the mayor or a militia member.

SOE added more no-build zone a few month after the game went live. New no-build zones including faction vs faction battlefield, POI, static spawn, adventure planet outposts.
If you planted your house before these new no-build zone were up, then you are lucky. But if you redeed your house, then you have lost your piece of land.
