I can confirm they ARE dropping

corellia has them, usually take missions for them from the mission terminal at the coronet starport. they are a pain in the ass to get...couple of nites ago i got 3 within a hour....done another 4 hours worth of missions from them and have gotten nothing.

Go to a Coronet mission terminal and pick up 2 HIDDEN DAGGER missions in the same direction. I have looted many spinner blades, and although I have read differently, I personally have looted all of mine off of HIDDEN DAGGER EXTREMISTS and HIDDEN DAGGER ACTIVISTS. There have been times to where it took me well over 2 or 3 hours and I didn't get any. On the other hand I once got 6 in less than one hour. If you happen to get a mission that has both activists and extremists I recommend not destroying the camp, just keep bouncing between your 2 missions. I hope this helps.

I have donw Hidden Dagger missions, and i have looted spinner blades. However they do not drop very often. Before the CU, i would run about 20 missions and not loot any blades.
Also Corsairs on Lok drop spinner blades, but you may want to bring a friend. as one Corsair may not be to much trouble, but when you have 6 on you, then you might be in trouble.

you sure about the corsairs? i got my agitator motor schema from them but i only ever got spinner blades from hidden daggers. took a long time to get the 8 i needed.

I read somewhere that the place to go is Tyrenna, Corellia and get the CL15 missions for Hidden Daggers. This morning before work i went and did 2 missions and bounced between them and got a spinner blade in one run.

Has anyone got spinner blades in the past month? I did over 20 level 80 to 82 Hidden Dagger missions and nothing but software, magnetic readers, and posters! Not one spinner blade!

yes i looted one yesterday when i logged on in the mornig before going to work. i had to bounce between the missions a few times, but i looted one.
FYI i was doing CL 15 missions out of Tyrena, Corellia in the w-sw direction.
