Go to ^ site and check out the Current Resources area on the left hand side of the navigation menu.
The key stats to look for are Overal Quality first, Potential Energy second and Decay Resistance third. If the OQ is over 800 then its desirable by doctors and related professions. Generally you should be able to find missions for avian meat sacks. There are some exceptions though. Consult one of the sites that has a Bestiary to find all of the animals on a particular world which are Avian meat sacks.
Just as an FYI: OQ is the primary stat for medical schematics. PE affectshow powerful the product is and DRaffects how many charges or how long the affects last for the product. So for highly desirable Avian meat one would look for as many 900+ stats in OQ, PE, and DR.

I could be off case here, but you may want to get scout to help you harvest. Didn't see it in your signature and would hate to have you go out there and kill a load of whatever only to find out you can't harvest.
That would well and truly suck

What's the best Avian meat to harvest in bulk for sale to Buff Doc's? Can you get them on missions to help pay the bills?

Anyone know where the High Quality avian meat is on the Eclipse Server? The nerfed the fliers and I need to find a good replacement.

Im having a hard time Deciding on which avian meat to choose, as there is two good spawns on Gorath right now.
972 OQ, 475PE, 690 DR
or
785 OQ, 908 PE, 400 DR
The first one will give you much better Duration, and the second one will give slightly better Power. Which should I choose?

I agree with RommiLancaster. The extraduration will be more beneficial than the power, unless you're needing to compensate for weak reactive gas.
Of course, some customers care more about power than they do duration. So you may need to tailor your decision based on your customer base.

I think the majority of people you buff will go for the duration over the power. The power difference isn't that significant between those 2 but the duration is.

Well actually the power difference is quite significant 796 Power as to 856, however the Duration difference is, 2 hours 57 minutes (on the higher Power one) and 3 hours 23 minutes (lower power one)
So if I can get a higher DR gas to get the higher power one over 3 hours, will that be worth it?
